We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.

Workouts are very good
Workouts are very good and staff are doing a brilliant job. Would have given a 5 star ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ but the showers are not warm enough, compared to Better Gym. But still way ahead of Better Gym for workouts.

Love the classes
The gym is ok, but the people in it make the difference! I'm more of a class person and since I started I'm always going in Rebecca Burnet's classes, shes the best! Killer classes, she always keeps it fun! Also love Deanna's and Ellies classes, each one gives their own personality and a identity which keeps the classes very interesting!

Great gym, but disappointing classes
Great gym, good range of equipment and pleasant place to workout without feeling intimidated.
However classes are not so good. I would like to see Pure Gym offering a range of classes for different levels of skills, age groups and life stages. The current timetable is too exclusive and class content is limited and quite frankly boring. Not everyone wants to bulk up or create enormous glutes which seems to be the current trend. I would love to see more mobility, cardio, stretch and pilates classes on the timetable. It's so lovely to see a mix of generations now using the gym floor, would be great to offer a timetable to recognise all of your customers.
What a rubbish "standard" response from the gym (see below).

Poor quality classes at times
Poor quality classes at times, and gym goers allowed to use some equipment in short supply for over an hour. Excellent classes given by Deanna, Louis and Scott.

PureGym Crayford has well maintained…
PureGym Crayford has well maintained equipment and is spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’m glad I changed my gym to here 2 months ago.
I would recommend parking at the shopping car park over the road to save hassle registering in the gym car park.

Its ok but more can be done to make it…
Its ok but more can be done to make it a nicer Gym to go.
The unmanned weekends were my first wonder.
PureGym should make it compulsory to have an induction before they use the Gym or any equipment.
Other than that it has good varied equipment and classes are also good.

Very busy after 5. Have to wait a long time for the machines, not a lot of floor area as loads of people and classes happening

Great PT, no so the group class
I very much enjoy my individual sessions with my PT Becca, but not so keen on the group class I attended. The music/thumping noise was so loud I couldn't hear the trainer properly and it was dark so couldn't see him either! Not a great welcome for a new member of the gym.

10/10 Energy & Vibes
I’m a new member at pure gym and today was my first gym sesh there. I was surprised at how clean and organised everything was set out.
I participated in Rebecca Jones pump and burn it (hiit) class and they both were amazing. The energy and vibe was 10/10. Rebecca had us working every muscle and I’m sure I can speak for every one in the class we burned and sweated a lot! A great way to start my weekend! Thank you Rebecca, I will defo be back next week!
