Hi my second review around 6 months on still a great gym as I said before it can be busy at times but that can’t be helped Dagenham gym has a new assistant manager her name is Janet she is a breath of air keen to help and all ways friendly a brilliant choice as for me loving the experience well done

Nervous first time gym goer
Today was the first time I've ever set foot in a gym at 35 years old. I was extremely nervous and booked an induction. The guide was very informative and put me at ease, showing how to use all of the equipment and encouraging me and our group to try it all. I can't wait to go back again!

Cheap and no WiFi
Even though I have a really good 12 month cheap deal, is it really worth it? Cheap deals attract cheap clientele. Members watch their phones without headphones and have loud conversations on the phone very loudly and are not asked to be quiet, they leave their coats and bags on the floor at the end of the treadmills and other machines and are not asked to remove them due to health and safety. One lady left her handbag hanging on the arm of the treadmill! Seriously. The toilet doors haven't locked since it opened so not keen on having a shower here, and the sink in the toilet smells like a pond. The treadmills on the upper floor shake if the person next to you is at any decent speed. The machines are at the cheap end of the scale compared to other gyms I have used. They are so close together that I've bumped elbows before. And for some reason they have stopped providing free WiFi after opening in December which is not fair to be honest. The pin code to come in is so long you would never remember it.
The pro's - ample weights and lockers. You can check online for the quieter periods.
I continue coming here because it's a few minutes walk from home and it's cheap. Once the deal is over I will be leaving as free WiFi is what a lot of people want during their work out.

Great! I'm enjoying every class I've signed up so far. My only advice is if new comers could be guided through to choose classes which are beginner friendly, it would be of great help. Overall, I love everything. The trainers i have experienced and the staff who met me on the first day all are excellent at their jobs and have great customer relationships. The app is also a great help. Thank you, Pure Gym

Was lovely
Was lovely. The environment and atmosphere was very good. Liked the equipment and the tidiness. The music should be a bit better and diverse. But apart from that all good. Staff was friendly too.

Absolutely amazing Gym with perfect…
Absolutely amazing Gym with perfect size and many equepment , last time my session with my clients was incredible, it gave me the impression that it cleaned throughout the day, but please put more sprays and paper to clean the devices after use.
I also want to add, the team PUREGYM must watching at peak hours the ventilation being turned on or up as it's a bit stuffy and we all need fresh oxygen to achieve our goals, everything else is lovely and very cool. ✌️😎🤙

Been coming to Dagenham gym since opening personally I think gym is brilliant for me can be busy but a good gym is staff are friendly- the assistant manager larna is top notch friendly and can’t do enough for people place is clean and tidy
