Been a member of pure gym for a few…
Been a member of pure gym for a few years. All of a sudden they have upgraded my membership without me asking. Tried emailing them numerous times requesting that they return it back to what I was originally on and no responce from them at all. Disgusting customer service. Both my mother and myself are now going to cancel our membership. It was a lady called Gill who has messed up my membership. Rubbish service !!

Trying to get an pt instructor on line is like trying to book a doctors appointment. They have now got my money and now i am having trouble getting a pt instructor to help me set up a starting program for me to work on.

Really easy to sign up!
Really easy to sign up and my NHS blue light Card discount was easy to apply also which got me the joining fee deducted and 10% off my monthly membership price (I chose the Pure plus) at £26.99 rather than £29.99 that it would normally cost.

Went to puregym Derby for a day as a…
Went to puregym Derby for a day as a guest. Went around 7pm and it was packed and uncomfortable. Not sure if the air con works on the 2nd floor or not but not a pleasant environment to exercise. Couldn’t get on the machines. Was going to join with the SAVE30 but the app is awful. Says code is not valid with no explanation. Suspect it’s not for the Derby gym. Better gyms are around with people to speak to. Personally I would avoid puregym not for me.

We have recently made slight changes to this area, looking at improving energy efficiency. This is both to control our energy usage, but also with a look to reduce our carbon footprint. By law, we have a requirement to provide a certain amount of fresh air based on occupancy levels, and our ventilation system increases and decreases at different times throughout the day and night, making sure we meet these requirements and provide good air movement around the gyms. These levels are based on size of the gym, and occupancy levels, and are regularly monitored.
All member feedback is reviewed, and brought to the attention of our Facilities team, who regularly review any changes we make to our gym facilities and all feedback is taken into account when making any future changes.
Not all gyms are included within the offers we run and excluded gyms are outlined in the terms and conditions.
