Easy to join
I went there for a look round. It seems exactly what I need. Brad was very helpful.
Joining online was easy. The joining offer was useful.
I had a little trouble downloading the app, probably my fault. It looks really useful.

Went on a day pass, didn't realise needed to book to be shown round but staff very accommodating and took me round- think the instructor was called Samir. And then did his HIIT class which was really good!! I'll be moving gyms to here!! Good facilities, a range of classes and mixed ages who attend so you don't feel intimidated.

Clean and new
Clean and new. Spread over 2 floors, though not overly big. Liked the music. Temperature was comfortable. Changing rooms quite small and only 3 showers, with water temperature warmish

Problems with signing up
The visit to see the gym was fine the depty manager showed me around. Did feel the visit was rushed.
I did advise him I had not used a gym before, however he talked as if I knew about a gym using words like free weights, pts, had to ask what he was talking about lol...
He was very polite and friendly.
In regards to the online signing up my nhs card or blue light discount would not work on the app.
Not sure if this was of the £19.99 /£ 24.00 offer was applied.

Hi there, I signed up for the gym in my city centre and when I did I deliberately got a multi-gym access membership only to find out it doesn’t work with the other pure gym that has opened up.

Joining was really easy.
Joining was really easy.
I was very nervous about actually going to the gym, there were lots of ladies and gents there my age group, everyone was friendly. Very spacious gym with lots of good equipment, can’t wait to get really going!!!
Safety is good, swipe in and out with a barcode. It’s a clean and spacious area.

Nice variety of equipment available
Nice variety of equipment available, plenty of locker spaces and excellent value for money particularly with the introductory offer. Changing facilities are ok, however showers could be a tad warmer.
Some bicycle racks outside would improve things.
