Being coming since it opened and did…
Being coming since it opened and did used to be good but it's out growing itself now,so I am looking for else where to train.
Half the time you get the university students just sat on the equipment on there phone and example is I just done 5 sets of 10 with a 1 minute pause ,while the student next to me has done one set and have watched him sat on snap chat for well over 5 minutes staff don't seem to do anything about it your just waiting around half the time to use the equipment 🤷

We want to provide our members with a safe space in which they can get a great workout in and do so, in a clean and friendly environment. Where possible, we ask that members share equipment between sets, to ensure that all members are able to get the most out of their workout. Although sometimes this isn't possible, we do ask that other members are taken into consideration when taking breaks between sets. We're afraid we are unable to monitor the usage of phones in our gyms, however if people are sitting on equipment we would advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to look into this at the time. 14 day priority booking
All ok just a little confusion about the 14 day priority booking, it wasn't very clear that I can still only book 8 classes at a time, not an issue just a bit confusing, booking classes really easy too

Lovely gym, friendly and spotlessly clean all the time
Depending on what time of day or night you go, depends on how busy it is. I find mornings Aren’t too busy and Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings aren’t too busy, so these are the time I prefer to go. I used to go week day nights but it was sooooo busy I would end up waiting around more than what I was actually doing on the equipment so changing the times I go have made it easier for me.

Great gym, great staff!
Been coming a while on and off for nearly a year (I think). Always super clean and staff always greet you with a smile. Tuesday evenings seem to be the busiest for some reason but can still get on machines, just may have to tweak your routine order.
After struggling with motivation, we hired a PureGym PT. After reading everyone’s information we chose to talk to Simon and it was a great choice. He’s been great and my motivation is through the roof. I struggled to come three times a week and now I’m there 5-6!! 4 inches down thanks to his routines, highly recommend Simon and this gym in general. Hayley and Jess are a fan management team and really helpful. Only feedback I would have is to have it public what times the manager is on site. A+ will keep coming back.

Best gym EVER!!!
Can’t believe it’s taken me a year to write a review! Myself, my sister in law (and now her daughter) joined this gym when it opened having not exercised in years. Anxious, unfit and having depression we were nervous but it truly has transformed our lives. From the moment we met Hayley the manager (and at the time, the lovely Ryan) at the opening, we were made to feel welcome and safe. The class environment is warm, friendly and fun but always a challenge and you just know that if your form is wrong you will be corrected and guided. The gym itself is immaculately clean, the toilets and facilities/equipment particularly. It’s not unusual to see Hayley (when she’s around 😩) hoovering or dusting. I actually find myself tidying steps and re arranging equipment if left disorganised… that tells you what kind of a place we feel happy and proud to be in. All the staff we have encountered have been great. Special mentions to Ryan, Gary and Aaron (who sometimes covers from another gym), Brandon, Wes and Becca! Jess the newly appointed deputy is doing a fantastic job and we hope this gym never changes. Hayley’s standards are high and this gym reflects that. Well done team 🥰

Joining PureGym was really uncomplicated. I downloaded the app, then off I went.
The gym is kept clean and tidy. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Waste of time unless your out for a chat and wait around for equipment
Trained the last 30 years , thought I’d give PureGym a try , waste of time unless you plan on training after 9pm till 6am then you’ll be able to use equipment . Can never get on the equipment from 3pm until about 9pm , constantly waiting for Benches or machines as these gyms are more of a social place to catch up and chat than a seriously place to get fit. Student galore as it’s cheap and they seem to train in groups of 4/5 in my local gym .
