Super easy to join as a guest of a member. I just had to follow a link, provided a few details to sign up and then received a pin to enter the gym.

The PT's and managers are very friendly
The PT's are friendly and knowledgeable. The managers are approachable and it's great being able to access the gym 24/7.
The only downside is quite alot of the equipment is dated and really needs replacing with more modern equipment. Also the layout needs to be looked at, as there is wasted space which could allow more equipment.
It would actually pay Puregym to move to a larger premises.

I really wanted to use a Bosu…
I really wanted to use a Bosu ball/platform but this wasn’t available. There were also very few lighter free weights.
In the area where there all the lighter free weights and dumbbells, there are no mirrors to check your form.
Otherwise, the gym was absolutely fine. Clean, some music but not too loud, a drink station.
Just a shame that some key items were missing for me

Puregym is as good as any gym I've been a member of in the past
Puregym is as good as any gym I've been a member of in the past & I now think of it as 'my' gym, as I have no complaints whatsoever. Plenty of great equipment & a pleasant enough bunch of members.

24hr opening very convenient
24hr opening makes it easy for me to fit my gym visits around work and family. The gym and facilities are clean and well maintained, and there is plenty of equipment so I never feel like im standing around waiting

Beginner friendly
Very friendly and polite staff, good quality gym equipment. Very beginner friendly while leaving ample room for more experience members to complete there workouts with the equipment provided. Could do with a few more advanced pieces of kit like a hack squat for example but overall a good gym location.

I love pure gym
I love pure gym, it has everything I require and the classes a good, the staff are very friendly also.
At times its too over crowded with young teenagers and no access for the equipment

The manager at the East Grinstead gym was an absolute legend today , he was extremely helpful on getting my day pass sorted and showing me all the facilities within the gym
