Initial Visit
I met Pamela on my initial visit to gym, she was so friendly and helpful, I had loads of questions, all of which were answered, I have now joined the gym community and look forward to my Getting Started Induction and using the facilities in a regular badis

There is only 1 fountain
There is only 1 fountain. This seem very stingy for a pure gym. Should have more fountains, at least 1 on each floor. Also the equipment is worn out. Renovation required.

I purchased a day pass as my Pure Gym…
I purchased a day pass as my Pure Gym membership location was closed. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door stating the gym was closed. A day pass shouldn’t be available for purchase if the gym isn’t open. Please arrange a refund.

I dropped my AirPod today while on the stair master and the girl who worked there and the manager were both so lovely and helpful and managed to get it back for me. Definitely amazing staff!

Decent Gym
Gym was clean. Plenty of equipment. Flavoured water machine broken, which I’m being charged for still. There’s a damaged mat downstairs.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym.
Room for improvement
Pros: Good equipment, friendly staff and clean. Cons: Badly laid out design, far too many CV machines and too little weight equipment and car parking! I have had to leave this gym due to ongoing harassment from the money grabbing car park company who run the shopping center car park. PureGym staff don’t have much of an interest in helping my situation so I have no interest in staying.

I think pure gym is a great way to get started! The app is the more confusing part if you’ve never joined a gym before like me and you don’t really know what you’re doing!

As I previous member of 4 years I left…
As I previous member of 4 years I left gym as it was too busy. I had changed the times and days I train so thought it might be easier to get on equipment, unfortunately it wasn’t. Still a good selection of equipment but too busy and equipment now looking tired. Also, if classes are on there is no designated area for warm up or cool down stretching.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.
