For the price I think the gym could be bigger and have more weight machines such as more squat racks and a hip thrust machine and more space for people to use free weights. There is currently only 2 squat racks in a gym in the city centre which is not ideal.

Gyms good but it's missing a hack squat

Very small gym with outdated equipment
Very small gym with outdated equipment. Pointless going during peak times as it’s so busy. It is in a great location, central/ west end. Staff are all pleasant too. There are many better gyms. Also the price is very high for this gym whereas there are far better pure gyms which cost a lot less. You’d of thought with the high tariffs they would have new equipment but no.

Pure Gym fitness
Pure gym is the best place to workout.The stuff is very friendly,the gym is very clean and everything is so nice.Very comfortable and plenty of things to do.

Loaded with equipments, spacious
Loaded with equipments, spacious, supportive staffs and it's not quite busy or crowded and that's the best part so that we can do work outs without any waiting time

Machine still not fixed after more than a month.
I pointed out that one of the weights machines wasn’t working properly. A sign was put on it. That was at least a month ago. When I asked when it was due to be repaired I was told that they didn’t know. Time to get their act together and get the thing fixed once and for all.

Disappointed
Plenty of machines, but not easy to use many as the adjustment handles were super stiff. Not wholly comfortable with rhe levels of sanitation being done or clients adhering to mandatory face mask wearing. Will try a month bit doubt I'll extend membership! Disappointing to say the least.

A lack of bench and squatting…
A lack of bench and squatting facilities as there are only two racks which are regularly being queued for. Facilities to disinfect equipment is not fantastic as the spray and paper towel that is made available does not fill me with confidence that the surface is disinfected but instead the spray is just soaked up by the paper towel.

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club as we do take out cleaning standards very seriously.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
