Friendly staff
Friendly staff, gym is somewhat drab, disabled toilet tap has been broken for months, some equipment is out of batteries or severely worn. Often too hot in there.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Standard of machines and general…
Standard of machines and general cleanliness of the gym I think is very good. However very often there are no paper towels or sprays to clean equipment/benches meaning people can't wipe down.

I am perfectly happy with my gum
I am perfectly happy with my gum. Ocean terminal puregym. I cannot speak for other members in other gums in other towns. But I saw a comment about the cancellation process claiming it was not easy. The cancellation process is the same for all the brunches. I have cancelled and reinstated my membership several times with zero issues.

First time back in over 18 months due…
First time back in over 18 months due to Covid. Nothing really changed apart from the cleaning stations provided to wpie down equipment after use. Easy to book classes,and staff remain very helpful and friendly.

24hrs is a god send.
I like my gym, I like to get in get s**t done then leave. What I don't like is going in when its busy and having to wait ages on equipment/work stations especially when people are on their phone in between every set!!! Which is why being open 24hrs is a god send, especially for a shift worker like myself who quite regularly frequents the gym between 2am-5am when its dead.
Let's hope Lockdowns and restricted opening times are a thing of the past.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities. Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor the usage of phones in our gyms, however if people are sitting on equipment I would strongly advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to help further.
We know that everyone likes to workout at different times whether that be due to work commitments or due to personal preference; being open 24/7 means we can provide for everyone, anytime, anywhere!

The team is fantastic
The team is fantastic, I have ample access to the equipment, but some attention is needed... to showers, sport water, sometimes bring us just water, Regardless of the flavor chosen, tap water , because there is hot water in the place of cold water... and the pressure of the showers makes the water vaporize.And in winter this is complicated because the shower becomes very cold. All other aspects are Amazing... all very well sanitized. Definitely a safe place to train. well done b guys

Sometimes the Yanga Water machine can run out which we agree, can be disappointing and frustrating. If you mention this to a member of staff they will flag this to be refilled.

No attempt is made to make people wear…
No attempt is made to make people wear masks or clean the equipment which is irresponsible and disrespectful to other gym users. It does not feel like a safe environment and none of the staff make any effort to improve this.
