The young guy (sadly I didn’t get his…
The young guy (sadly I didn’t get his name) who gave us a tour of the gym and a run down on membership was excellent.
At the end of the joining process on my phone it didn't stop ‘processing my request’ in spite of me receiving confirmation emails of my joining!

Our team do our very best to provide a wide range of classes, so that members have a variety of ways to workout and also do so, in a short amount of time, as we understand some members are crunched for time or just prefer short effective workouts. The gym is well-equipped
The gym is well-equipped, but does get very busy. The changing room is clean, but there is a terrible smell in the showers. The worst thing is that I paid a joining fee when i signed up last month, but this fee is now waived from this month!

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
Please also feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets. Thanks, PureGym.

Highly recommend PureGym.
Having used other gym companies im so glad I found this one because from the introduction into the gym the staff were great!!
This standard has continued from contacting through email to help with classes.
I like that you see the staff there clearly doing their jobs well.
Equipment all works and great choice too.
Where the equipment is spaced out you don’t feel intimidated when working out which can be important for some.
I’m currently in college studying to be a level 4 PT so finding the right place for me was important.
Its a great relaxed environment.
Another bonus is the free app, it’s easy to navigate and has so much information helping you guide through workouts and a lot more.
I’m on the plus membership which gives extra perks.
One of them is free access to the flavoured sports water machine.
I think PureGym has thought of it all from the customers point of view.
This 5 star review is well deserved.
