Great Gym
Arrived on a Monday at 3 o’clock so gym was relatively quiet.
Was very clean, good temperature, lots of equipment.
Not sure how it will be in busy periods though, same as all other gyms I expect. Nice staff too.

Fantastic Gym!
Love PureGym Folkestone. I have been going ever since its first day. It’s great place with its own great friendly little community, and because of this it has become my second home lol. I have gone from someone who was massively overweight and wouldnt go anywhere near a gym to someone who has developed a big passion for fitness, and has lost the fat and started to pack on muscle - something which I never thought would happen and i have truly astounded myself with this new passion. Gym lifer right here!

Good gym, easy to use, only small thing is if a machine breaks it takes ages for it to be repaired

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Great clean environment
Great clean environment. My only complaint is too many young kids on machines or benches using their phones rather than training and making people wait to use the equipment🤷♂️

Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor the usage of phones in our gyms, however if people are sitting on equipment I would strongly advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to help further.

Everyone is always willing to help out and a good range of equipment, the only issue i see if the amount of clearly underage kids that crowd around benches

Up your prices, maybe up your game?
Toilets out of use, the remainders were dirty.
Equipment broken and out of use and have been for at least a fortnight.
Costs up but availability down, seems fair.

Gym itself is quite well maintained…
Gym itself is quite well maintained except the weight pin are often bent so it's very difficult to change the weight as the pin is often stuck so I have to use another machine. The toilets are the worsed I have ever used. I hate using them. Either no toilet paper, lock on the door doesn't work or the toilet is unusable due to the state it's been left in.
