Great gym
Great gym! Love it. Been to many gyms in my time. And I think pure gym had great and varied equipment. I work from home now. So unfortunately nearest pure gym is too far away from me now. That’s simply the only reason don’t still use one. If one opens near me. I’ll certainly sign up again!

Being part of this gym it’s just amazing. Feel like this is my second home,it’s not about being physically strong it’s about mental health too, some days are like therapy for me, I would love to say thanks to all of staff members works there, they are very friendly and very supportive, Thanks to packanimalfitness and short sharp,I love energy and positivity, I would love say come and join us and chase your goals.

Pure gym bath street
Pure gym bath street is a great gym. Great equipment. And always a good atmosphere. Changing rooms are also great up to date and very clean.
Staff are very welcoming. Very friendly.
Sebastian short is a nice guy always says hello and asks what I’m training that day. Asks if I need a spot on anything don’t hesitate to ask if I’m on the floor. Also has giving me some very good advice. Definitely knows his stuff

I recently signed back up with PureGym and have been going to Bath Street whilst I’m in Glasgow. Wasn’t sure of the layout but there was a super high energy, enthusiastic PT called Sebastian who asked if I needed help with anything - he was eager to show me around. I then attended one of his Spin classes the following week and even though not everyone turned up, he ensured he still took the class. Needless to say I had never attended a spin class like it - the tunes were different and he actually engaged the class unlike any class I’d been to before. I’ve now signed up for a taster session for 1-2-1 with Sebastian in January. Looking forward to hopefully being comfortable in the gym and getting some confidence back.
Anytime I’ve been, it’s spotless and has an excellent variety of equipment too. The weights are usually tidy and easy to find what you’re looking for.

From the moment I walked in
From the moment I walked in, I was nervous. Not knowing much about the gym and thinking I just wasn’t built for the gym. I thought I would try a PT and I went with Sebastian (short.sharp). Well my whole outlook changed and I love the gym now. He really made me feel comfortable and welcome from the start. Not only learning me about the gym and how to use equipment, he also has helped me with advice on foods and he has a great outlook on life which really rubs off on you. I highly recommend him and he has made me feel confident again. Thank you, Sebastian xx

SAVEHALF code was invlaid
There was a SAVEHALF code to apply, although the relevant gyms were not listed so no idea if Bath Street was eligible for the code. The code was deemed an invalid code, even though in date, with no information as to why.

Rubbish
Rubbish. Wanted to speak to a member of staff but no one to talk despite trying.
If I was given the chance to have a look around first I would never of joined and will be cancelling instantly. Equipment is so worn down and lack of cleaning equipment means everything is dirty.

Betrayal
I was offered a discount code which I applied and it was suppose to take my joining fee away and discount my monthly payment by 30% for 3 months and initially I was supposed to pay only £14.95 and once I went to the checkout I was still charged for the joining fee and my member ship price wasn't discounted. I payed for it regardless because I want to go gym however I feel very disappointed by the fact that I was offered something like this and it didn't work I tried refreshing the page multiple times before paying and restarted the membership application process multiple times but the result was still the same without the discount code being applied at the checkout. I just wish I could get atleast 50% refund for this transaction as I don't see this being a fault on my side.

Staff was very good rude to me none of the machines would work and it didn’t meet my expectations I want a refund !

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym.
