Staff are friendly and go round cleaning which s good to see, but there are some member who don't clean equipment after use, I think it should be highlighted to all user to clean equipment after use.

Very good gym for new or average users
Been going for a few months now, as a newbie, but this gym is great for newbies I feel, altho best to get a workout plan when you start.
Also best to check app before going at times for how busy it is and maybe alter time you go for best availability of machines or weights, but other than that a great gym

Great solution for my work out
It was a great solution for my workout during my business trip in Glasgow. A min walking from my hotel, very convenient, plenty of workout choices, clean and space full.

Friendly environment, members are considerate, and good mix of genders in all spaces (non intimidating free weight area). Staff are lovely too.

Glasgow Hope St. “ok”
Was ok. Didn’t like the entry system. There was no cleaning equipment left out. No windows open. Music was random. No staff about. Glasgow Hope St. …However, I went with my son, who made it better than if I had gone alone, so he gave it the extra star..!

As an online company, we don't have receptions. However, we have the cylinder POD doors that act as both an entrance and security system.
The POD doors monitor entrance with individual 8 digit code.
Our gyms will be deep cleaned every night with high-grade anti-viral disinfectant. The team will also clean every piece of kit and surface throughout the day, from dumbbells to treadmills and everything in between, so you can train with confidence.
We also include within the Gym Rules to bring a gym towel on your visits to wipe down kit after use.
Regarding all points raised, we would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Thanks, PureGym

Well equipped with good price.
Nice, clean, well equipped gym with excellent price which includes classes. I got a daily pass since was travelling.

I decided to take up a free weekend…
I decided to take up a free weekend trial at my local PureGym. I made sure to enter FREEPASS promo code at check out, I selected the default standard membership. I was immediately charged £31?. After getting my account and PIN information I travelled to my local PureGym... and found that my PIN did not even work. After some troubleshooting I found out that my access is restricted?! I could not use the easy access entry (The Only Entry i could see). Upon seeking assistance, no PureGym employee was even there to help. I spent £31 and over 1 hour stuck outside the gym. This is worse experience and scam like practice I've even seen. After seeking a refund/cancellation of this service i purchaced. It seems I do not get a refund. Nor did I get a free trial Pass that i thought I was signing up for. AVOID PUREGYM PROMOTIONS! 0/5 STARS!

Paid for a day pass £7.99 and never received any email with PIN code I’m only in Glasgow for a few hours before heading back to NI. No one to contact or get help from Pure Gym have stole my money and not provided with what I have paid for

Very easy to use website and a decent amount of time regards the free day pass, a one day pass isn't enough, but 3 days is perfect to get a feel of the place

Instuctors are all very professional, make you work hard, every class is high tense and energetic, especially Metcon. Feels hard going at the time but end results are always worth it
