Transformative training thanks to incredible PT
Been training at this gym for a while now and have to give a huge shout out to my PT Euan Galloway. His expertise, motivation and support have completely transformed my workouts and results. The gym itself has great facilities, but it’s the dedication and support from my PT that makes it really stand out. Totally recommend this gym & PT for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level.

Pure Gym milngavie
Been going to the gym since it opened and absolutely love all the classes . The instructors are brilliant and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness . It’s a very friendly gym and there is ajways someone there to help you if you need advice on a machine etc

It was straight forward to join up…
It was straight forward to join up online and the machines for cycling which is my main interest are good as I road cycle twice a week.

The race is not always to the swift
I am not your typical gm goer
I am 80 years old and try and go seven days per week
I have been involved in sport for 65 years and competed at international level on the the track
Pure Gym opening in Milngavie has been a great boost for me
The gym Is first class great equipment clean and well maintained and most of all the staff are friendly and helpful

Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor the usage of phones in our gyms, however if people are sitting on equipment we would strongly advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to help further.
Please also feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets. Thanks, PureGym.
Gym access pin - As a guest I was sent a 4 digit pin by…
As a guest I was sent a 4 digit pin by text message which did not open the gate. It would have made more sense to send me a message telling me to read my emails and find the 8 digit pin- still not sure what the 4 digit pin was for? Nonetheless enjoyed the gym experience and will sign Up for more of the same

As an online company, we don't have receptions. However, we have the cylinder POD doors that act as both an entrance and security system.
The POD doors monitor entrance with individual 8 digit code.
We were made aware of 4 digit codes sent out in error, and I can confirm this has now been resolved.

I had to join twice as I made a mistake…
I had to join twice as I made a mistake on my email yous took the money from my bank but I received no confirmation and no pin I tried emailing the relevant addresses on the site but nobody replied . So I had to rejoin and still haven’t been refunded my first payment. It’s a joke you can’t speak to someone to sort these problems out
