Has everything you need, could do with a few more lighter weights. Great staff, helpfull app, all good. Just what Glossop needed.

Another excellent week at gym
Another excellent week at gym, most of the classes i've done are Heat with James Brereton and Lucy Green. Absolutely love these classes, not only are they really hard but really good fun to do. Actually look forward to the classes!

We do our very best to provide a wide range of classes, so that members have a variety of ways to workout and also do so, in a short amount of time, as we understand some members are crunched for time or just prefer shorter (but effective) workouts.
