Great gym in town center, with plenty of windows overlooking central town market. You get all neeeded facilitoies and dont feel claustrofobic. Supprisingly negative coments show up when new cheep gym planned to open in Grimsby. I dont accept this way of gaining customers

The changing facility’s are closed after 12 for cleaning yet don’t appear to be getting cleaned and that most the lockers available for use after 12 are broken and show no signs of and repairs in fact more and more are getting damaged

However the workout equipment are good and kept in good condition and the live gym tracker allows me to see when its best for me to go

£18 a month, no parking, no new equipment for 5+ years, only 1 bench and 2 racks, possibly the most outdated pure gym in the whole country, and now closing on Christmas day again? (for what reason if theres no staff between 10pm-6am on normal days anyway?) Bye bye pure gym, hello the gym group :)

I joined a couple of months ago. Staff is nice and classes are good. However, I don’t get why spin classes are on the early morning (Tuesday and Wednesday at 6:30 am) and barely any people attending. Yet, no pump classes are on early morning. Very disappointed. please consider introducing 45 minutes pump classes in the early morning as well. It would make so many members happy

Been going to this gym for a a few years now. The showers are always dirty but I go early morning so people who have been through the night obviously have done this. The gym itself is aging,I have recently been to the PureGym in Weston super mare and this has new equipment that Grimsby does not have and it felt friendlier.im hoping Grimsby can up there game and bring it back again.

Joined Grimsby gym for one month as we were visiting from UAE fora wedding. We signed up for spinning classes and attended the first one. We are experienced cyclists and have used this gym over a number of years but have to say the static bikes were absolutely shocking and bordering on dangerous. I tried 5 different bikes before finding one which was just about rideable. Class was poor with a pre recorded programme and boring. Cancelled all classes and membership through the app immediately. Then surprise surprise, direct debits for my wife and I taken out of bank the following month. Went back onto the app and online to try and resolve but impossible and kept going round in circles. Contact links to e-mail customer service not working. Cancelled Direct debit with bank and never plan to waste any more oxygen on this shower of s..t

Equipment is okay but could do with more different equipment. Atmosphere is good, lockers are a bit battered and half don't work as they should and most of the ones that do have locks allowed to be left on them 24/7. Showers are the main issue for me, 95% of the time always dirty, hairs and crap everywhere in them, also the hair dryer is old and needs replacing as it burns out & cuts out very fast all the time.

Everything thing you could need at a gym for a very reasonable price. Everyone is very helpful if you ever ask for help even the people who do not work there.

Iv been going to PureGym on and off for years and it's always been great but maintence of machines and facilities of late are appalling and slowly getting worse with machines not working properly and knackered lockers and showers not working or knobs missing! It doesn't help with it being cheap and cheerful attracting young people who don't take care of things, also it's quite hard to get on benches for using free weights as these have dwindled down to around 4 yet always seems to be busy nowadays

Pure gym is a friendly and clean place to train, managed by a true professional Dave shadlock always happy to help nothing is to much for him, and a the same for his colleagues.

There's a variety of gym equipment to use people are friendly. I have severe anxiety and started with my husband and can now go on my own. Easy to use fitness apparatus.

The place is nice lots of equipment. Problem is the place is full of kids! Not 16 up kids 12 up! there needs to be an Id system set in place.

Ok the music...all i hear is poxy pop rnb why do you not play rock music such as ac/dc motley crew music that actually motivates while you train....you say that you cater for all well not with the music you don't and id like to hear more rock music not just the poxy pop music you play now

The manager and staff always have time to help with any questions and advice needed The place is friendly and busy which shows its standards well enough for me .

I have just re-joined. I opted for Pure Gym as it's open 24/7 and the equipment is really good. The staff are really friendly and approachable should you ever need to speak to them about something. I would highly recommend this gym and it's also really good value for money.

Since joining with the introductory offer I have attended four times in the five days that I have been a member. For me it’s so convenient. The total flexibility of the open hours certainly helps. I like morning's!

I am post operative after a knee replacement and the running and cycling are just what I need. No doubt I shall branch out on to other apparatus soon.

The running machine’s at my Pure Gym overlook the water of an old dock. Watching the swans cruising along whilst I run is very calming. People watching too.

Toby is a really nice guy, great trainer and I feel confident in my progress:)

Really great place, great that it's 24 hours too, has a bad reputation just because it's cheap but really good.
