I'm giving 3 stars as i think some…
I'm giving 3 stars as i think some improvements can be made. Some more machineries are needed as in some situations there are no machines available due to the number of people in the gym. Also i think some of the equipment needs to be moved downstairs from the first floor as its just too many things on one floor and not enough on the other.

Spin class
Rebecca’s spinning class (cycle) this morning was great! I’m a beginner and it was just right - sweated in placed I never have before and I’m feeling the burn now! Was perfect pace! Will be booking again.

Brilliant gym for the price however…
Brilliant gym for the price however suggestions never get heard or seen to. Also never enough plates for the free weight section. For the price can not beat it, very good equipment and better then any leisure gym in the area.

Hardly any working treadmills!!
So many of the treadmills are out of order and if you go at peak times you can’t get on one as there are only a handful working and the ones that do work seem to slip on the runners at speed and they all desperately need updating.

We appreciate and value member feedback and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
