All equipment available coupled with a clean, friendly, professional and conducive environment. Special mention to my Personal Trainer, Kieran. He has been quite patient, professional and very insightful in my fitness journey considering my special physical disadvantages

Amazing gym,it the best among it counterparts..
Amazing gym,it a very lovely gym, the app is fantastics, they are well above and prepared .. I love the layout of the app.. it give great workout plan, it help me so keep staying motivated even if I don’t feel like going to the gym.. the app has a load to offer, from meal plan to tailored worked out for everyone

Need to talk to an adviser as we were told we could have access to our nearest to where we live Gym and it seems we can only use the one in Hatfield.
Cannot talk to anyone to discuss this?

Joined from day 1
Joined from day 1, the gym set out is good and staff are friendly enough apart from not being proactive enough to tell other members to make sure they wear footwear.
I will be cancelling my membership as it's just too busy with students even at 2am and at that time there is no cleanliness to the gym or wipes to clean equipment and other members failing to put equipment back in its place so it looks very untidy.
Also not great space in changing area.

Not enough mirrors at all
Not enough mirrors at all. Why mirrors in the studio is not down to the floor? You can’t see yourself at all. It’s very small.

Managers are highly unprofessional
Managers are hugely unprofessional, don’t care about people’s complaints and don’t take the time to talk to there members, there quite happy for you to have a complaint and leave than too actually sort the issue.

Just daft
Prices are a little daft. Also went to the effort of signing up for uni days to get the 30% discount but it doesn't tell you until you're about to pay that you only get the discount if you pay for the year up front.

Overcrowded
Good gym,
Tried to cram a lot of equipment in the space so feels quite crowded. Theres around 150 people in the gym every night between 6-9:30pm so unless ur a morning or afternoon gymer I wouldn’t reccomend

Great gym
Great gym, lots of equipments, lockers, and free 2 hours parking in galleria exclusive to gym members, plus discounts on shops and restaurants in hatfield galleria.
