Very much worth the price
Used the days passes over Christmas because my gym i use was closed. The price was very reasonable I will be joining in July when my annual membership runs out.

Since joining the gym and working under Henry I have noticed improvements from cardio to mentor health to feeling stronger in my self at the start of the journey I had trouble moving around with my knees wanting to give out on me now they are feeling a lot stronger under Henry’s guidance,
With cardio I before the sessions started I would be out of breath and having to take breaks after walking for a short distance now I’m able to walk further without taking breaks in between my mental health has also improved since starting sessions from having low self esteem to feeling more confident in my self family members have noticed this as well my experience as a whole has been positive working under Henry’s guidance I look forward to going to the gym if you need a pt I would rate Henry highly

I've been working with Henry for 8…
I've been working with Henry for 8 weeks, and I can honestly say he has completely transformed my fitness journey. From day one, he took the time to understand my goals, limitations, and any concerns I had. The personalised workout plans he create are challenging but also fun and motivating. He is always encouraging, and push me to go beyond my limits without ever making me feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Beyond the workouts, Henry has also given me great advice on nutrition, rest, and general wellness, which has made a big difference in my overall health. His enthusiasm is contagious, and I leave every session feeling more confident and stronger. I’ve seen great progress in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness since starting with Henry. I highly recommend Henry to anyone looking for a trainer who genuinely cares about your success! He has truly helped me transform my fitness routine and achieve goals I once thought were out of reach.

Excellent PT - Gemma
I started my PT sessions with Gemma in December 2023, and she’s been absolutely fantastic! When I first joined the gym, I wasn’t confident in the new environment and felt unsure about how to use some of the equipment. But after training with Gemma for a year, she has helped me become more confident and she’s been amazing at improving my form. Not only that, but she ensures I know exactly how to use each piece of equipment properly and safely.
Gemma created tailored programmes that perfectly matched my abilities and goals, and she was always very flexible with scheduling our sessions. Her programmes are structured, motivating, and have given me confidence in the gym. Her punctuality and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Even though we’re wrapping up our sessions soon, she’s made it clear she’ll still be available to help if I ever need advice around the gym. She also gave me great tips on diet and calories, which really complemented the fitness work we did.
If you’re looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive PT who will go above and beyond, I highly recommend Gemma!

Today was my first mini session with Ellie at the gym , and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She kept me motivated and encouraged me to try new techniques on the equipment that I didn’t know before . Her personalised workout plans were altered to my goals and preferences. Ellie was super friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had. I really enjoyed the session today and would highly recommend you try it .

Need more stair masters
I love this gym, I really really do but please can there be more stair masters!
We only have 2 and they are a really popular piece of equipment. Currently one is broken so there’s only one and people are waiting for you to get off. This happens when both are working so more stair masters are needed. Please take away 1 or 2 treadmills and replace with 2 stair masters!

One of the best puregyms I've gone to
I have been going to this puregym little over 6 months and I have to say it probably one of the best ones I have gone to.
Very accessible with 2 hour free park to all member as well as spacious. Though i do not go to the classes i can see they are well attended, specially saturday the instructor plays some bangers.
I can normally get on a machine that I need which means I can come in for quick hour workout . Especially when I come inbetween meeting during the week
I also have a PT Henry who is very good. Explains thing clearly and helps keeps me focused on my goals and has written some work plans for me. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a PT

Fantastic PT
I started the gym a few months ago, with no knowledge or confidence so I decided to get myself a PT. After doing a fantastic circuit class with Henry I signed up with him and he has been absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes every session fun and enjoyable. He really does go the extra mile with advice and guidance!

Been at this gym for years but
Been at this gym for years, but lately the lighter dumbbell stack is nearly empty as the people from the classes come and take them all and then there's none to use as the bigger weights area does not have many lighter weights surely they should have dumbells in the room for the classes

Good gym, great PTs
I have had many great workouts at this gym, there is a wide range of equipment/machines to use which are all in very good condition.
Had the pleasure of having Max as my personal trainer for a few months. During this time I was able to achieve a lot of my fitness goals (mainly losing weight and building muscle), i was able to gain confidence inside and outside of the gym, and overall my knowledge on how to train better has improved greatly, thanks to Max.
This gym also offers group workouts/classes which are well organised and a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals.
