Great gym. Love the anytime access. No real info on an induction. Also very disappointed no electrolyte water or body analyser available in Hereford. Toilets can get a bit smelly too.

Everything is good it’s just the price
Everything is good it’s just the price. You charge £27 a month with I can’t do really and some other people so if you could knock it down to like £13.50 a month it would be better then and more people would pay to be there because it’s cheaper please and thank you

Great little gym when it’s quiet or…
Great little gym when it’s quiet or empty but it’s early either so I go to the other gym I have membership at. I’ll be ending my membership here because I rarely go. Please get a bigger location in hereford! I’ve been to pure gyms elsewhere and they are often 2/3 times the size and not as busy.

Brought a day pass
Brought a day pass. It was a peak time when I entered, but had access to all the kit I wanted. I am a female who enjoys crossfit so loved the squat rack area and little fake grass spot. Was able to do all aspects of my workout.

Happy little gym.
I decided to try this gym because of its low cost of other gyms in my area, I was NOT disappointed. Yes it might be smaller than other gyms but that just makes it a nice, small family.
It's a friendly atmosphere to work out in and the staff are top notch.
I can honestly say that I can see myself sticking with this gym for many years to come.

I'm enjoying my experience at pure gym
I'm enjoying my experience at pure gym, everyone I've met are very polite and kind... only negative is the amount of people aloud in at a time, I think there should be a limit on entry's to machine ratio otherwise u are stood waiting around.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.

Trust Hereford to find a way to make PureGym worse
It's by far the smallest PureGym I've ever been to, and though it has most of the equipment you'd expect, there's a lot less of it, which makes it more likely you won't be able to use what you need.
But the worst thing about this place is the showers. Not only are they the usual awful PureGym showers, but there's only 3 of them (for men and women), and they're in the toilet cubicle. There's no bench or changing area, so you just have to put your stuff next to the toilet.
There are (two) changing cubicles, but they're across the corridor from the toilet/showers, so you'd have to step out in a towel in full view of the rest of the gym to try to get to the changing cubicle, and they're usually already in use. Definitely won't be continuing my membership here.

Just joined this gym and have found it…
Just joined this gym and have found it great, Open 24 hours is a massive help to me and free easy parking is fab too. I train at about 5am so its very quiet at this time so machines all available. Always very clean and nice to see classes always has spaces to attend. Staff are lovely too, Feel totally at ease there already. 5 Stars *****

Happy I’ve joined Puregym
All the times I’ve been to the gym have been really good, I get a good work out and it’s not always busy so I am able to use most of the workout machines without waiting for too long.

Great gym
Great gym. Very clean and very well equipted. The only thing I would like improved is the number of early morning classes. This coming week there are only 2 early morning classes available all week - the same pump class. I would be very happy to have more classes and a few more choices.. ie. abs.

Perfect gym
Perfect gym, everything you need. The workouts on the app are awesome I just turn up and go through each one instead of walking around wondering what to do next. Just a Shame more people can’t clean kit after using it.

Needs to be improved.
We need more equipment and machines in Hereford. And why don’t the gyms have any air fresheners? Like they smell.
