Insecure bike parking
My grandson is a member of ur gym last night 24/2/26 he had his bike stolen from ur establishment a bike was also stolen the night before this is not a one off occurrence why is there not a safe cage lighting and cameras for the bikes my grandson had 3 locks on his bike but it was taken with a grinder thus needs to be addressed as ur clients property ie bikes are not safe.

• Members are solely responsible for their own belongings when visiting PureGym. PureGym accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to property.

A well-sized gym that’s perfect for…
A well-sized gym that’s perfect for getting back into fitness, with lots of quality equipment available. The staff are always upbeat and happy to assist if you’re not confident using something, and management is easy to talk to. There’s also a strong lineup of personal trainers with diverse experience to choose from.

Really nice gym with brand-new equipment, but it gets really noisy and chaotic when classes are taking place.

Very pleasant experience, friendly tour, easy signup
I turned up at Clough Road gym on my work break to have a look around. The manager, Lisa gave me the tour and was very friendly, welcoming and informative. I’d say this is particularly helpful for anyone nervous about going/starting. The gym itself was very impressive, very clean and very well set out. The online joining was straight forward and quick. Drinks machine at Pure Gym
I love most things about this Gym apart from the drinks I pay for as part of my monthly costs.... They are total garbage.. Had 3 drinks tonight and only one had any flavour... If you are thinking of joining this gym, don't pay the extra costs for drinks.. Total rip off... Surely they know when they need topping up.. Get this right and it would be the perfect place?

Simple and straightforward
Simple and straightforward, I wasn't even thinking when I signed up, no thinking required while signing up.
I like that you can see everything in the app like time spent, how often you train and it gives newbies like myself a selection of exercises to start with and go from there.
One negative thing is that it's a bit hot inside or maybe my workout was fire 🔥🔥
Anyway, great job guys, also, congrats to the marketing team, it was an advertisement on Google maps that made me select this gym.
