Our PureGym is absolutely horrible…
Our PureGym is absolutely horrible changing rooms and toilets are always dirty and disgusting personal trainers just check but don’t care about it at all, equipment is dirty and always broken, weights are always all over the gym never in place and again personal trainers don’t care about it.

Would be 5* if not for the lazies.
My experiance is always great get on well with the staff. My only gripe are the lazy people who don’t put their weights back! I’d love to deck them! (With the weights)

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this. However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this.

Busy (Hunslet gym)
The Leeds Hunslet gym is ok, general gym area is clean, the music for the classes is extremely loud (can hear it over my own headphones that are on loud!), lots of equipment but still a struggle to get on pieces such as treadmills at peak time (5-7) but this is to be expected….my bug bear with this gym is PT’s thinking the disabled parking outside is for them, they have no blue badges on display in their vehicle yet still park there, personally I find that infuriating and extremely disrespectful, the entitlement is real, for that reason alone would never use a PT at this gym

Gym is not bad but the music is…
Gym is not bad but the music is terrible, commercial music common guys , olso when the PT have classes beeing open space you can hear two types of terrible music in the same time , even worse it is so annoying and is so laud not even with headphones can't cover that noise... I can't increase volume in my headphones because it will damage my ears so...I don t have a choice just to go home...just because of that you have 2 stars on the other side most of PT are friendly ,
enough free room for everyone decent machines to work 4 stars for that (I gave you 2 stars to drag your attention mb you will do something with music please!!!🙏 ) .

Being open 24 hours ! Lots of gyms all well stocked !! Biggest problem is too many people use them !!!!

tissue paper are scarce and the machines remain broken for a long time.. while the club is very busy.
A personal trainer is occasionally disrespected.

Staff undertake regular checks to refill items, and work hard with our providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible.
Our gyms are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. To make the most of the space where possible, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities. Members can use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.
It would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager/Member Services to provide more information so this can be properly investigated. Thanks, PureGym

I did not like the uncleanliness of the equipments or the fact that there were no cleaning products to clean the equipments before and after use.

Badly maintained equipment
I had been a member of this gym for a while and then left as life got in the way. I recently rejoined and realised it's gone down hill. The equipment is not maintained as it should be, the exercise bikes crunch when you pedal and the rowing machines (most) need the seats re securing as you feel them move when you are in mid row. I'm very disappointed as it seems nothing is being done to maintain the equipment. Would you please let me know in your reply the exact dates you will check every piece of machinery and see that it is repaired or replaced if necessary? It's the same with the Regent Street location. I am considering going to either JD gyms or the Gym group as I looked around those gyms and the equipment is in much better condition.

first time at this gym
first time at this gym, decent kit but locker room facilities need work, half the showers broken and water everywhere from a broken toilet, not ideal.

This gym is the nastiness gym the cleanliness of the gym is awful never gets cleaned never anything thing out to clean the equipment. All staff are sleeping with clients very flirtatious not nice thing to see in gym. Equipment is run down and out dated

Bad shower experience
I went for the first time had a good workout but who wants to shower there in cold water and there was a broken door ,a big let down after my workout
