Multiple chest machines always broken down, and they don’t get fixed quickly either, idk if you skip training chest then you’d like this gym
also, very unsanitary as toilet is always out of hand wash so all the equipments are touched by people just finished doing their business

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about the facilities in your home gym, please notify staff on site as soon as you can so this can be investigated further. Thanks, PureGym

We ask that members return their weights after use, to ensure that the gym remains and safe and tidy environment for our members. However we know that at busier times, weights are not always returned and our team complete regular re-sets of the gym. We understand that this is sometimes frustrating for our members, and it is included within our Gym Rules that members should return weights after use. Anybody witnessed leaving equipment out of place will be spoken to by our Gym Team. If you have any specific concerns relating to this matter, please speak with a member of the gym team where they will be able to assist further! Outstanding Fitness Experience at Pure Gym!
I have recently registered at Pure Gym, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! This gym truly caters to all fitness enthusiasts with its impressive range of high-quality equipment, making it easy to create an effective workout routine.
One of the standout features is the 24-hour access. Whether I prefer to work out early in the morning or late at night, it's incredibly convenient to know that I can go whenever it fits into my schedule. This flexibility has allowed me to stay consistent with my fitness goals.
Additionally, the environment is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The staff takes great pride in ensuring that the gym is hygienic, which provides me with peace of mind as I focus on my workouts.

The gym is absolutely filthy the toilets are always out of order none of the gym equipment gets cleaned the carpets stink and are torn in places the drains are blocked in the showers with water coming back in the shower trays

Not available at all times, lack of communication with members
Random evacuations and fire alarm in this past months, temporarily closed at unstaffed hours, when they state on their site it’s available 24/7 for the whole year, turns out to be false, disappointing

2024 summary
PureGym has always been on point with the variety of classes it has offered but recently this has significantly declined. This has also resulted in the decline in the number of people attending.
The class booking system is not utilised by a lot of customers, generally all rules around class booking and attendance compliance seem to have disappeared. Class registration also appears to be a thing of the past therefore there is no late attendance to class management. A new system or approach to class bookings and attendance would be beneficial. A new class timetable is due mid January which is long overdue, hopefully the variety of classes will improve and offer more of what customers want.
The staff are always pleasant and the atmosphere is generally friendly and positive although a lot of people are becoming fed up with class cancellations and changes to the timetable.
The gym is value for money with its flexible membership and 24/7 access. The cleanliness has improved recently and other improvements have been made eg refurb and new equipment, but the positivity and atmosphere has definitely changed both with customers and some staff.
Communication with customers is definitely something that needs to be improved on by the management team.
