Good Value for money.
Great range of equipment, spacious. Good parking.
Showers and toilets a bit grubby, dressing room could do with a clean.
Great value for the price.

Shocking - please correct many…
I have been a Pure Member for many years but had issues re you erroneously increasing my monthly fee earlier this week which your colleague Rushana put right.
However today I strangely received two emails, one saying I had asked to cancel my membership the other setting me up at London Mitcham. Both are patently incorrect. Consequently I was refused entry to Kirkstall Bridge this afternoon. Please correct asap so I can go to the gym Sunday and pay me commensurate compensation for all the inconvenience

Terrible
Terrible. Been trying to contact the manager here over a parking fine and have been ignored for months. The fine is now £170 due to puregyms incompetanance. Going to cancel my membership and make sure everyone I know understands how poorly puregym treats it's customers.

Hi Bobby - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We are sorry to hear that you received a parking fine whilst using the gym. The car park is operated by a third party company in which we do not have any affiliation with. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to cancel such tickets. Information regarding parking is available on the home page of any PureGym which offers parking.
The correct parking procedures must be followed, to avoid a parking ticket. We would always advise that you appeal the fine and explain the circumstances. If you get in touch with Member Services, we can also provide you with an appeal document which will be an official letter from PureGym Head Office, stating that you are a member of PureGym and your attendance log for the date in question, will also be provided as proof to show you were in the gym.
If your appeal is rejected, we would suggest submitting a case with POPLA. POPLA are an independent appeals process which works with the Ombudsman Service. They investigate whether this fine was issued correctly in accordance with the terms and condition of the car park; whilst reviewing evidence provided in the appeal. On the rejection notice, there should be a 10-digit verification code, and you will then be able to submit an appeal with POPLA via their website: http://www.popla.co.uk/poplaappealprocess. Although we cannot guarantee they will cancel the fine, we do hope for a positive outcome. Thanks, PureGym.

Friendly, helpful staff, but the changing rooms especially the showers need to be regular checked and cleaned if needed.

Clean and good equipment
Clean and good equipment.
The only downside is that the classes held at the gym have started turning up the music too loud.

Staff are lovely and friendly
Staff are lovely and friendly. Always there to give you a hand in help if needed! Classes are great! Good range of machines to use and lots of weight sections. I don’t know if there is a female only section but it would be nice if they could try do that.

Big, friendly, good atmosphere

Just do it!
For me, the first step to using a gym has been actually walking through the door. Pure gym have made it SO easy for me to do this. Such a lovely, clean and relaxed environment, with very helpful and friendly staff, has made this a breeze!
