Worse gym ever, lockers are broken, most of them don't work. Changing rooms stink, toilets are filthy. Very rarely is their toilet roll and soap. Way too many members for this small gym. Evening is very busy and you are waiting around for the equipment as people are just sat on the equipment using their phones. The staff sometimes don't even show up for the class. They've only got 2 stair masters in the gym. Classes start late. Equipment in the gym is dated and always breaking. The amount of money that i'm paying for this gym is ridiculous. Gym needs demolishing and rebuilding again, it's the only way it can improve.

I am giving this 5* review based on the personal training I received from Masoumeh (Masi). Masi was my PT for around 2 years. She helped me build my confidence with strength training in the gym, helping me achieve PBs I didn't think were possible. She was very encouraging throughout and listened to how I was finding things/feeling and would accommodate if needed. She's a lovely person and would definitely recommend her as a PT to anyone.

I saw some add its zero joining fee. I checked yesterday I saw the promo code for zero joining fee. But checked today it's not available in the web site. I want directly to ask some in the gym no one responded.

The moment i entered the gym i felt a foul smell of sweat which should not be there. Also,The machines were full of sweat.Atleast, there should be a cleaner in the gym.

Walked into changing rooms, toilets are a state. No toilet roll in any cubicle, and door is hanging off so won’t lock. Walked upstairs and weights scattered all over, place looks like there was a party through the night. Paid £8 for a day pass and I’m already a member at another gym. Limited machines compared to my usual pure gym. Big disappointment to be honest.

I signed up online as an existing member. I cancelled my membership a long time ago. When I joined again. I paid the joining fee and Off-Peak membership type. It clearly said on the PureGym app that I’m allowed access from 22:00 - 00:00 on Monday but my access code wouldn’t work as well as my membership pin. In the end, my friend used his weekly bring a friend access code so that I could train with him.

Visited the Regent Street, Leeds gym. A very welcoming show around with the Deputy Manager (forgotten his name, sorry!) impressed with the cleanliness of all areas, especially ladies changing room, toilet etc. Looking forward to the various classes.

I liked the sanitation and how easy it was to access the equipment.

It is a very quiet place that most ppl just mind their own business but as a girl the girls area is small enough but over all I really liked it

Was ok. I had been planning to join as it's local to me, despite other gyms in the area I picked this one as it's got allot of parking and it's busy. Also I'm their shopping at Aldi twice weekly.
I pressed the buzzer for assistance and a young lady kindly explained the online process. Once I had done this she came back to help me access the gym and explained how parking works.
I could of benefitted from a small tour of the gym and just showing around.

This gym stinks of BO of faeces. No air con or ventilation and so it’s so stuffy can literally feel the bacteria in the air coming from the dirty changing rooms that stink of faeces having never been cleaned. Not even a cheap membership yet it is so poorly kept. Do not join it stinks and it’s the only gym you’ll feel worse off in after a workout.

Absolutely disgusting.
Worst puregym that I’ve ever been to.
The women’s section is so limited.
The entire place stinks like diarrhea , and the hygiene is awful. And there’s no aircons.
The women’s section only has a couple of machines and is crammed into the corner. I definitely would not recommend.
Please don’t go here and save your money!

Dumbbells and machines desperately need a wipe down. Make one mistake and easy to get conjunctivitis after touching the barbells and dumbbells. Gym used to be much better looked after. Think there was a change in management in the last couple years. Gym goers leave empty bottles, chewing gum and rubbish everywhere despite bins available. Hostile environment with gym goers sat on dumbbell racks or working out an inch away from them, manager clearly saw this and did nothing. Needs a bit more machines (bicep curl, hack squat and decline bench press). Weights are all over the place... Good luck finding them. Also not enough bars or handles for the cables. They probably keep getting stolen but no measures put in place to prevent this.
