Great equipment. Lack of staff on site & the ladies are a tad grubby & always smell of bad drains

Nice gym
Nice gym, nice people, all weights in order.
However, music extremely loud from the studio which didn't really make sense to me for a Sunday morning with all those Maria Curry songs. I may have lost some hearing.

This is a great gym that I can visit anytime. Well equipped and staff are friendly.
This is also one of the cleanest gyms I have been in.

Staff at the gym were very helpful.
Staff at the gym were helpful and took the time to show me around. Even looked through my exercise regime to endure they had the equipment I would need. They were willing to do this even though joining can only be done online. So genuinely helpful, friendly and nice and not commission driven.

Don’t bother if disabled
I’m paying for my daughter to have full membership so I could join her a couple of times a month & she could support me. Been a nightmare getting the access code. Weeks later still no disabled access despite numerous requests. Given up on getting disabled access and even the access code they sent doesn’t work.
Their emails tell you to contact the invisible team onsite!
Wouldn’t recommend.

overcrowded and reducing workout space.
I’ve been at the gym for nearly 3 years now and the standards are depreciating gradually.
They have seriously downgraded their class offerings making it less accessible for people.
They have also rearranged workout space with free mats with equipment due to the sheer number of people now registered at the gym and it is almost impossible to have any routine workout. Initial comments have been met with comments such as not coming at peak time etc but they clearly are only motivated by quantity of members over quality of experience now.

Get what you pay for!
Well priced, received a discount via my employer, and purchased a national membership as travel a fair bit with work. Easy to book classes, and easy to navigate the APP.

Very nice Gym experience.
Easy to join online. We to to gym for 1st time yesterday and found it clean and a pleasant environment. Plenty of equipment to use and not to crowded which meant no queuing. Showers good and changing room very clean. Very good value for money. Staff also helpful when I asked a couple of questions.
