Love Puregym lichfield and especially…
Love Puregym lichfield and especially Andreas Cola, his enthusiasm and energy is so infectious and his classes are always enjoyable.
I do think there should be more evening classes for ladies/Mums around 8 pm including LBT and pump.

My favourite gym

I was not impressed with the staff zero…
I was not impressed with the staff zero help to busy chatting to each other…..just told to book a session… however there was not free for days and not a time that works for me at all….
Never been back and was charged for a full month
Reported it to head office was told they were in meeting…. What about where to go out Friday….

Been a fan of Puregym since I've been…
Been a fan of Puregym since I've been going to the Lichfield branch. I usto enjoy the nice cool temperature in the gym however recently this has changed and the gym is no longer cool enough to train in. The temperature is now on the warmer side, I have mentioned this to the management team and been told nothing can be done about it as there is a new Puregym policy on temperature that comes from head office. I am aware of other complaints made about the temperature, other gym goers find it too warm, please can this be looked at, Puregym is a good gym it would be a shame for this to let it down.

Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.

Clean and friendly. Location is good. Most apparatus stocked. Unfortunately you're not doing the LBT classes anymore so 2 of my friends are leaving to go to another gym.

Poor daytime class provision
After ‘bearing’ with the reduction/lack of classes within the 9.30-2.30pm (school hours) period for another month I was disappointed to find all my classes for next week have been cancelled due to lack of staff. Spoke with the Manager and she advised that they don’t have enough staff and staff are being moved to other gyms.
This means my workouts have gone down from 3 hours a week to an hour and next week zero. It’s no longer delivering for my needs so I will be cancelling my membership along with other school age Moms who can’t attend early morning, evening or weekend classes.
Update to your reply:- I spoke with the Gym Manager and she is unable to do anything about the classes as there are not enough staff and staff are being taken off her to be sent to other gyms by Head Office. I have no option but to cancel my DD as there are no school hours classes for the foreseeable future and I have been bearing with this for a month and a half now.
