Too expensive
Too expensive. Price shouldn’t change for different postcodes. Just because the average wage might be higher, there are always people who are on minimum wage. Let’s make gyms available to everyone regardless of postcode. Statistics show that the lower paid are more likely to be unfit. Let’s help everyone.

Pure gym is well equipped
Pure gym is well equipped. Staff are welcoming and helpful. I enjoy working out at pure gym , with it having a nice and relaxing atmosphere where I can train . It also helps with it being open 24-7 with work .

So I can not fault the facilties and cleanliness of the gym.
I did book a class on a Friday morning at 0630 and the instructor failed to turn up with no communication. Hopefully this is not a regular thing.

Really friendly gym
Really friendly gym with excellent equipment. Excellent app which shows you how busy the gym is before you go. Open all the time which makes it easy to go at convenient times. Good range of classes throughout the day starting early as well so you can get one in before work!

Excellent gym with a mix of equipment to suit all. Staff are really friendly and the gym is exceptionally clean.

Machines are laid out poorly
Machines are laid out poorly. The leg extension is in one section and the leg curl is in other. Quite small. No sink in shower to wash hands, you have to go into the toilets which is also small and only 2.

Reasonably sized with good variety of equipment
Reasonably sized with good variety of equipment and classes on offer. Clean and airy with staff regularly cleaning machines. The app is also useful so you can see how busy the gym is at any one time, and how often you have been yourself. No problems so far!

Pure Gym
The gym is very clean snd the changing rooms are spacious with good showers. The equipment is great to use and it seems like a very friendly atmosphere!

Disappointed to receive an email to say I didn’t turn up for a class which is not correct. The PT checked my name off the list plus I am logged as attending the gym on the app on the date in question.

We appreciate and value our member feedback and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
Sometimes members can go down as missing a class if they do not pod in correctly, for example - going through the easy access doors instead of the pod doors or if there is a podding issue at the time. We do not use the register to record people in classes as this is for the PTs use only.
If your realise this has happened and you did attend the class, we advise contacting Member Services who will be more than happy to help :)
