Took payment for a day pass and said I was invalid to join now waiting for the money back

The booking process was easy and self explanatory. Great app and introductory video too.

worst gym management I have ever experienced. This place practice horrible customer service. The staff have no idea of what's going on. It's the first time I've been to a place where the trainer doesn't show up to a class. I completely understand the low star rating here. Save yourself the drama and frustration and join a professionally run gym. Not this one!!

Messy gym with poorly maintained and dated machines. The staff didn't even acknowledge people - they were too interested in there phones!

Was visiting Lincoln and needed to do a triathlon trg session. Was able to buy a single day pass and use a gym at 0650 on a Sunday morning. Sent a pin by email after payment. Instant access. Clean changing rooms, secure lockers, clean and warm showers. Equipment modern and good quality. Surprised to see a few others in there at such a time. Positive atmosphere with music. Water available. Only criticism is that I could not find blue towel paper to wipe down equipment after use. Found a spray so used my own towel and that.

I am an occasional user (not an ongoing monthly member) - I booked access to the Lincoln St Marks gym for 25/12/23 but when I arrived there it was closed, but this was not stated on their website at the time of payment.
I emailed 'customer services' but didn't receive a reply, so I emailed again early January but again no reply, so they gladly took my £8 specifically for access to the Lincoln gym on that date but I have no way of recovering the money.
Just ignoring customers' emails and not replying is not OK!

The staff are always around so i know if something went wrong they would be right there and happy to help, and the machines work amazingly and are always fixed quickly if there’s an issue with them! Thank you

i've been going here for a while now. it's a very good gym. The staff are freindly, the management is attentive and easy to approach, and it's a clean and welcoming environment with planty of choices. my cricisms are slight but i shall mention them.
1. This one isn't a criticism, just an observation. The gym could do with a heavy bag and speedball for boxers and kickboxers to train on.
2. i notice that some times between sets some customers spend a long time playing on thier phones.. There's nothing wrong with that in theory as we all need to take a break but i've noticed some do it for more than 15 minutes while tieing up the machine. I recall one one occasion a guy was doing powerlifting on the deadlifting area. he put a load of weight on. did one lift then started playing on his phone. half an hour later he did another lift with more weight then played on his phone for another half hour before doing his final lift. he tied up that machine for an hour for three lifts. i'm sure other people were waiting to use it.

Good equipment and space to work out music good and gym environment clean it is busy but with a little patience you do get on everything the wipe down blue paper towels are pointless and the one water fountain not great ladies toilet and changing room is a health hazard zone I try to avoid it smells like a sewer

Love the gym, I struggled in the past with other gyms and finding it motivating but this time it has been different. I think the app makes a difference as it tracks our activity and has lots of workouts for me to follow with explanations on how to do it. It’s absolutely fantastic!!! The staff is always friendly and happy to help and the free top up of sports water is definitely a plus

Something is always broken. The gym should have a max capacity at 150 as after that you can have up to 5 people waiting for a machine. Staff are friendly and so are the people in the gym. Everything is well placed out and the sessions are brilliant..
