It is virtually impossible to get hold of any representative. They do not have a contact number, and when you reach out on Facebook and via email you get no response. I have purchased a 7 day pass but haven't received a pin although I have received a sales receipt. Due to lack of support, I tried to cancel and get a refund but yet again no response to emails / Facebook messages. Extremely disappointed!

Pure Gym Liverpool—Brunswick has been a good gym since the refurbishment, and the staff on-site is very friendly and helpful. However, head office billing is a joke; you send multiple detailed emails, and they are unable to follow a simple request or correct a simple mistake. I have sent several emails and Facebook messages, and I have not been able to speak to a human. This is poor customer service. Otherwise, the gym itself, I would have given a good review!

Helpful staff who care
They offered to give me a tour helped me to go online and set up my membership literally went above and beyond to be helpful and even gave me a FREE SESSION before I had even signed up. Amazing staff. Would recommend this gym to anyone!!

Ideally located from where I live.
I’ve become friends with a few people there.
The equipment is ideal for needs to recover following injury I had.

could’ve been a 5 but the same songs keep playing on repeat and i have a headache every time i come in. it’s not motivating me it’s actually getting in the way, please change the playlist
