Classes are good but studio is not clean for the classes in evening. Should manage to have mid day clean.

I would like to say since I started working out my life is changed because I improved mentally and physically.

I've had the worst experience in THIS puregym, which is a shame as I've been a loyal member for over 5 years now. The changing rooms are absolutely terrible and in the worst conditions, not to mention unsafe too! The towels are so dirty and the manager is frankly rude. I will defiantly be reconsidering my subscription next month.

I don’t like the showers. Could be cleaned more often, they turn off to offer and have no temperature control.
Need to improve air circulation and cleanliness in gym equipments especially mats in functional floor and room. People keep using them and they look worn out and unclean.

Weights room is very small, with all the machines and benches squeezed together, not a single staff at the entrance so wandered around blindly on my first visit until I stumbled into the changing rooms. Cancelled my membership on day 2 after learning they don’t open at all on the weekend!

Rude staff+Also they have tried to stole my backpack from the locker.

Great value for money and friendly staff. Large gym with a good amount of machines, would recommend for anyone who lives or works close. The only drawback would be that it's not open on weekends which is an issue if you live close as the alternatives are not as good.
I have been a gym rat for a long time and would pay loads of money for private gyms. I thought I would give the commercial gym and it no complaints.
The facilities are of a great standard and the staff are friendly and helpful
Marshall the Manager helped me out when i was visiting from Bournemouth! Great guy and very welcoming! Ill be happy to visit again soon. Thanks again!

After 2 years away from the gym I joined Pure Gym in Aldgate. Would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to Helena Machado and her classes. Second full week in and I did three of her classes on 3 consecutive days. Cycle, Legs Bums and Tum and Bodytone. She’s a great instructor and really engaging. Look forward to feeling some more burn under her guidance. Thanks, Helena!!🙌🏾 #FightingTheFatFebruary

Another great session! Helena was great in motivating us and get us going- then reminding us what to do at each activity!
I'm concerned that only when I attend a class the pure gym app takes Into account as a visit but not when I visit the gym and use teh gym? I was there last week Wednesday between 4 and 5 yet the app only thinks I've attended two classes?

Everything is fine there, but I consider that there is still a lot of space to install more machines and also to install more mirrors.

For being one of their more “premium” gyms because of location and price, this gym really doesn’t offer anything that other less expensive branches offer; the opening hours are limited and they are always closed at the weekends.
Overpriced for what you get in terms of membership.
