The extra star is only for the staff member who helped after being stood there for ages embarrassing myself

The managers are always around the gym and I dont understand why they don't report to the maintenance team.
Also the urinals are always have very strong smell
I reported the issues to the manager, but he never responded to my email.

It says no joining fee on the sign outside London Bank branch but I was charged online

PureGym bank still opening late since I joined. Complained in the with online team, at the gym and with the manager on site. Still the same,a few members already moved to a more reliable gym. Everyone you speak to just going to give the same lame excuse. The person opening the gym had some unforeseen circumstances every single day. Advice : don’t wast your money here go somewhere else.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The gym equipment could be better though

Decent gym equipment and convenient but can get very busy.
hardly any space in changing rooms, showers smell really bad (at Bank and Monument)

The gym needs more equipment. The heaviest dumbbell is 16kg which is mind blowing and to make it worse there’s no barbells, weighted plates or even a bench press. For £38, the gym is way below par.

Very poor experience with access, App is too slow, and often it doesnt open my QR code, I was locked in and no one was there for 10 minutes to let me out. I had to ask a handyman who was there to let me out.

The gym wasn't busy so I was able to use all the equipment I wanted to. There is a wide range of equipment, in fact some I've not seen in other pure gyms. The gym was clean and so was the changing room and showers. Great experience.

Amazing only downside is the free weights only going up to 16KG otherwise the gym is all round perfect

I don't appreciate coming out of the shower in a WOMENS changing room and a MALE member of staff walking in to 'check the changing room' - when there's a WOMAN member of staff also working in the gym and therefore capable to come and check the changing room herself! It is very unnerving when you don't know if a man's going to walk in to the changing room at any moment. I can't get my head around the fact and it ALWAYS happens!!!!!

Gym is good. Changing room is OK. Lockers are small and people leave their padlocks on the lockers when they are not in the gym. So this causes there to never be enough lockers.

Great staff clean gym and showers always able to get work out done due to less busy
