Close to my flat .When I joined over 10 years ago the place was clean .the equipment in acceptable condition , ok for a basic gym .Sadly since then things have hugely changed : dirty ,disrespectful members,FILTHY,no gym floor staff, full of school children who are clearly under 16 going there in groups, people using the machine./stations to look at their phone ,a couple of extremely noisy clearly incompetent trainers (probably certified by the company ),no sense of hygiene ,health and safety is something they totally disregard,toilets= hazard etc...Looking for another gym hopefully better in the area .Membership price increasing =non-existent quality !To be avoided .

Where possible, we ask that members share equipment between sets, to ensure that all members are able to get the most out of their workout. Although sometimes this isn't possible, we do ask that other members are taken into consideration when taking breaks between sets. We're afraid we are unable to monitor the usage of phones in our gyms, however if people are sitting on equipment we would advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to look into this at the time. If you would like to raise these concerns further, please do not hesitate in reaching out to our Member Services team at member.services@puregym.com who will be happy to discuss this with you and escalate any additional issues on your behalf. Great gym, love the atmosphere, instructors are professional and friendly, always smiling 😊. Equipment is always well maintained and changing rooms are super clean. Highly recommend

It was easy
It was easy because I linked through with an email offer, just hit the link. Found the. Closest PureGym, and used a coupon offer and it worked, and signed up for the first month starting tomorrow. So long as the entry code works tomorrow it couldn’t have been easier.
