You didn't let me complete registration and none of your online resources helped. I showed up to the gym and had to turn around and go home.

Went to the Core class this morning with a new trainer Tainia. She is fabulous and so motivating. Great pace, great sequence of exercises, she checks on everyone’s posture - it was a great class.

The PureGym in bow wharf is a shambles, the management have been incompetent in hearing complains.

It’s a small gym compared to other pure gyms and when it gets busy there’s no point trying to be in there as you won’t be able to use anything , the changing rooms are super cramped and very old school (mixed men and woman).

Really easy. Got a discount online. Friendly gym staff and other members helped me out till I found all the bits and machines I needed. Nice space.

It was FREE! I am a public sector worker and find the gym so expensive. Pure gym is great but far to pricey for education salaries. I do not have time to go weekly but on the odd day here and there. The cost for a day is nearly £15!!!
Just lower the price. We are desperately trying to earn a living and get fit. Offer school staff bigger discounts. Private sector workers get good salaries, flexible working hours and a chance to work from home. School staff do not get any of that. How about school staff days or weekends where its cheaper for us to use the Gym. How about coming in and meeting us and offering great deals. We need help with membership costs. Surely you realise this but just insist on making more and more money for yourselves.

Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere
Classes are very loud and disruptive as there are no walls to contain the noise. Makes working out on the same floor very challenging even with headphones

Really enjoy the Step classes, nice to do something different from the usual muscle pump etc. only hope you will reintroduce them again soon.

One of the best things about this gym no loud music well done makes it such a good experience .
Also lots of natural day light rather than artificial makes a world of difference .
I was pleasantly surprised by my visit would definitely recommend 10/10

Why would I pay full price for a pure gym local (half the size of a normal pure gym)?

Poor layout - There's a 'warming' area directly in front of numerous bikes all of which are largely unused except during infrequent cycle classes where they're only 'mostly' unused. Equipment is often broken or in disrepair. There's one dark haired young PT that cleans everything as though his life depended on it, the two other PTs (if there's more I'm yet to see them) seem largely indifferent - Management much the same.
This should be a great space. it's not.
