THIS YEAR I started my fitness lifestyle for my health and it has been very helpful to train in gym because I have a great help, ña trainer Jaquelin really taught me how to have a training plan, do the exercises correctly and carry a balanced nutrition, I am very happy with the results, I also have a good training plan and I continue to see results in my body, the classes I have done with my trainer have been super good, and I will continue to improve with the support of her. The gym in general is good and good vibe

Bring a buddy / customer service
I attempted to access PureGym with a friend using the ‘Bring a Buddy’ benefit available to premium members. Unfortunately, the link my friend needed to use did not work, preventing them from entering the gym. As a result, we wasted around 30–60 minutes trying to resolve the issue and walking to and from the gym.
The situation was made worse by the lack of a customer contact number and the fact that PureGym only aims to respond to Instagram messages within 24 hours. This represents very poor customer service, especially for a gym charging £54 per month. I would expect a much higher standard of support for members paying this rate.

there where adequate amount of lockers…
there where adequate amount of lockers to keep my belonging on a safe place.. The bathroom and shower was very well cleaned also most of the gym machines where also in very good condition 👍. I would definitely recommend this gym to friends of mine long term.

Extremely disheartened..
Extremely disheartened... Consistently cluttered, unclean, and disorganized. Once you select your home gym, you're prohibited from switching to a different facility, even if you're willing to pay a higher fee. I was forced to terminate my subscription and re-register.

Whilst the staff maybe decent the gym…
Whilst the staff maybe decent the gym itself is trash it's constantly leaking! For the price of the membership they're ripping members off with the quality of air and machines consistently not working either.

Awful gym with standards down...
*Update - I have been back recently and nothing has changed, still the same chaotic standard*
Awful gym with standards going progressively downhill for the past couple of years. So much so that I prefer to cycle down to Oval Pure Gym just to avoid the chaos here whenever I can. Always messy, staff do not enforce the rules of people putting weights back when finished with them. Staff also seem to be more concerned with using the gym as a hang out space with their friends rather than work. Incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly to other patrons that they don't know.
People keep things in lockers without putting a padlock on (another rule staff do not reinforce) and most of the lockers themselves are broken or the lock cannot turn.
Emailed a few times to corporate with no response. No initiative from any of the staff/management to improve standards it seems.
Shocking gym.

First timer experience with Pure gym
I like that the price is reasonable, however, the gym is a bit small compared to the number of persons who use the gym or maybe because I went during peak hours, it might be different on other days. Otherwise, I enjoyed my first time experience. The gym had the work out equipments that I enjoy working out with

Please be aware due to the situation of our gyms it isn't always possible to extend the site itself, however, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities where possible, so please keep an eye out for updates.
If you have any specific suggestions regarding the layout of the gym please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed.
We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day.
Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym. Thanks, PureGym.
