Received 3 days pass into southampton…
Southampton way gym.Very good but small upstairs.Lots of equipment old,in good condition.people all friendly.Staff always around most days.lockers are broken.showers mostly dirty,not to worry the cleaners always there.gym quite good.

Please be aware due to the situation of our gyms it isn't always possible to extend the site itself, however, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities where possible, so please keep an eye out for updates. If you have any specific suggestions regarding the layout of the gym, please contact the Gym Manager who will be happy to discuss this further. There will be hours in the week where your gym will be unstaffed, however our CCTV is active 24/7. You can read about unstaffed hours and safety and security in the gym on our website for more information. Thanks, PureGym.
Apparently I work out at the “worst”…
Apparently I work out at the “worst” pure gym in camberwell but still have to pay the high fees. If you pick a place you should pay for what you get.i have seen very fancy ones so it’s weird there is such a difference in facilities but not price

The gym had an awful smell last night
The gym had an awful smell last night. Also the paper tissue wasn’t replaced so we couldn’t clean the equipment after use. I had to use toilet tissue

Basically all the equipment is old and broken and a few machines are broken and doesn't get fixed.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken.
We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible.
If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym

Atmosphere is great!
I go there daily and the atmosphere is great there, all the equipment is there for all muscle groups and assistance is there if needed.

Great gym
Great gym, only been going a couple of weeks but always looks clean, the staff are great and they have a good selection of free weights and machine.

I am paying for a 24 hour service but…
I am paying for a 24 hour service but for 25% of this I cannot access the showers. This should be credited back on my account.
