Gym is very cold even in winter…
Gym is very cold even in winter time...is it good for health?? In changing room fully air conditioner in winter time..That is such a noticeable thing. Equipment maintenance, machine equipment maintenance is no good. What is gym monthly rent??is it only for parking?infront of gym monthly payment, service is very very bed enfield pure gym EN1 1TW.

Temperatures and air conditioning in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym.

My struggles
As a person from a different ethnic background I can now understand why English people may hate foreigners after experiencing the animalistic behaviours of the youth at the pure gym in Enfield, I should have voted reform, goodnight.

Puregym, great for socialising, terrible for progress?
Just filled with kids hogging a bench press for hours just talking, or walking around as if it’s love island. Dont get me wrong, great if you need a last minute gym and it’s midnight since it’s quite empty. God forbid you go earlier… very childish gym, better off going to a private old school gym to avoid the sub 50kg children..

Seems like the air-conditioning or…
Seems like the air-conditioning or those systems do not work although it's a gym it is extremely smelly compared to the rest. Definitely a big deal breaker for this gym

At the moment not pleased with the gym
At the moment not pleased with the gym. A lot of the fitness instructors have left in the last few months, therefore classes are very limited. Also the cost has gone up so overall disappointed. In fairness Management are looking to recruit new staff. Also the gym needs new equipment in the studio. There's lack of mats, limited pins for the bars and often the studio floors are dirty. The ladies toilets are often dirty. Please improve this Enfield gym.

Filthy & Messy
Pure Gym Enfield has great potential as a facility, but the cleanliness and organization leave much to be desired. The gym is consistently dirty, with cleaning staff appearing to tick boxes on their charts without actually addressing the mess. Equipment is scattered everywhere, making it difficult to find what you need. This lack of order not only reduces the experience but also creates safety hazards. If these issues persist, it may warrant an extensive report to the Health and Safety Executive, as the current state is likely non-compliant with proper standards. A review of the cleaning company’s contract is essential.

Day pass, terrible gym
Had a day pass as I was working in London and I’ve got to say this gym is really run down, no signs to tell you were the changing rooms are when you enter, lockers at the main entrance most of them were broke or full of people’s clothing with no padlocks, no air conditioning the gym was absolutely roasting and was stinking, some people really need to use deodorant, probably the worst pure gym I’ve entered and to be honest the chain of gyms itself isn’t the greatest, if your looking for a decent and well kept gym visit JD gyms or if you can afford go to David Lloyd.

Gym equipment
I regularly unfortunately have to train in the Enfield branch as I live here!! It is the worst branch I been to!
I am constantly looking for hooks pulley handles and everything else!equipment is always broke toilets are dirty broken most time.
I been to Picadilly seven sisters Holborn Galleria and the are all great as it should be!
And everyone is on their phones seating on the equipment.
Not a good place very stressful

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken.
We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym

I attend Rafael's @kingrafa classes
I attend Rafael's @kingrafa classes - burn it, body tone and absolute abs. He is a great instructor and motivator and always pushes us to get as much as we can out of the class.

Disgusting and not worth it: Enfield
Every time I’ve came, the disabled toilets are disgusting always, there should be a system where they get a key installed for disabled users only and not let anyone in that doesn’t have that key… everywhere on the seat and floor is urine! Puddles of it, it constantly stinks when you walk past it, toilet roll everywhere, and tap continuously running, tissue box always open….
Also paying £44 to use this gym and one of the features for that price is the yanga machine, every time I use the yanga machine, there is never any flavours available, why am I paying more for this flavoured water when I can get the plain water the yanga machine is giving me everytime for free from my own home?!
Already sent an email about the situation and got a response that didn’t solve anything, got to say customer service is terrible, and do not recommend this gym unfortunately.
