Cleanliness Needs Attention, But Great Gym & Community.
The ladies’ changing area at PureGym Feltham needs attention — hair on the floors, dirty lockers, and unhygienic toilets make it hard to feel comfortable using the showers. The cleaning team could definitely be more thorough.
That said, the gym itself is fantastic. It’s spacious, has plenty of equipment, and the staff and members are genuinely friendly and respectful. It really feels like a supportive community.
If the hygiene issues were addressed, this gym would be perfect.

Why would they try and take £50 from my account when they should of been taking only £30 hence the reason why I cancelled my direct debit with them straight away.

As stated in our terms and conditions, accepted upon membership commencement, we are able to charge up to £20 in admin fees, for a failed payment. We are notified by the bank when a payment has failed; we then notify the member via email. In the email, we state that for a very limited time, we do give the option to make a payment using a debit or credit card for:
• Instalment Amount
• Administration Fee £ 5.00
This can be done via the members area of our website https://www.puregym.com/members/ with your email address and PIN number. By using this facility, members will not incur the Resubmission fee of £15.00. Additionally, we do have a dedicated Member Services Team on hand to respond to members if they need any help. This is by far the worst PureGym I’ve…
This is by far the worst PureGym I’ve ever been to. The equipment is filthy – most of the benches and seats are covered in sweat and even hair oil, with no proper cleaning being done. It feels unhygienic and unpleasant to use anything.
The atmosphere is also really poor. Groups of younger teenagers treat the place like a playground, running around in socks and flip-flops, playing with the machines instead of training. It creates a chaotic and unsafe environment rather than a proper gym space.
All areas are dirty and poorly maintained. The changing rooms, workout floor, and even the free weights area are messy and not supervised. It feels completely unsafe for families and especially for women who just want a clean, professional space to work out.
Where is the manager? It seems like they don’t care at all – even after many complaints, nothing has changed.
PureGym really needs to take action here. Until they get serious about cleaning, supervision, and member safety, I would not recommend this branch to anyone.I’m

Appalling today
Appalling today . I was benching today between sets i take a 2/2.5 minute break . Was approached by a male who immediately tried to take the bench, i had not long started my sets which i advised him. He stood and watched me for a couple of minutes and disappeared to come back 10 minutes later extremely rude told he would go in between my sets i told him he most definitely would not as he asked why the f..k not i advised he'd already been rude before and i was definitely not sharing with him ( i am more than happy to have some one jump in if they adhere to gym etiquette ) . He refereed to my rest time as chilling on the bench called me a f….ng idiot and was massively in my face, im appalled i dont easily get intimidated but he tried his very best despite the other bench being free and 3 empty squat racks where he could bench. What u i am just as disappointed however was staffs reaction . Once i found the manager she did not want to address it advising she was finishing soon but did then go and apologise for disturbing his work out but spent 2 minutes chatting to him . I visit Puregyms all over been training 15 years never experienced anything like this. Any other gym he would of been told to leave and banned immediately . I train alone 3/4 times a week , ladies be wary . Pure gym managers need to know how to deal with situations like this.

Had a disappointing experience…
Had a disappointing experience recently. I was deadlifting on the proper platform when a male staff member — tall, with dreadlocks — came over and spoke to me quite abruptly about the noise. No one else had raised an issue, but he told me I should “go to a powerlifting gym” and even threatened to kick me out.
He was acting like he owned the place, rather than representing the gym professionally. Management should consider giving him proper training on how to deal with members respectfully.

Unacceptable Conditions at PureGym Feltham
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the conditions at PureGym Feltham. For the past five months, the WiFi has not been functioning, which is unacceptable for a gym that prides itself on being a modern facility. Furthermore, the washrooms consistently smell terrible, creating an unpleasant environment for members.
Despite informing the management team about these issues, no action has been taken. This lack of attention to basic amenities and customer concerns is appalling. As a paying member, I expect a certain level of service and cleanliness, neither of which PureGym Feltham is currently providing.
I urge you to address these issues immediately to maintain the trust and satisfaction of your members.

Worst experience in Feltham Puregym
Worst experience in Feltham Puregym. Paying for premium subscription but there is no internet facility available which is quite strange. Complaint many times to the manager but no action has been taken yet even the Toilets are not so clean.

I have switched to PureGym from gym…
I have switched to PureGym from gym group with the thought that it is amazing. I am a gym member at Feltham and the service is worst.
It’s been more than 3 months and gym Internet is not working spoke with staff and no one cares.even phones networks are not coming probably inside the gym, worst experience
I would not recommended anyone PureGym.

Please note, that a Wi-Fi service isn't part of your membership and not something you pay for with us, you pay for a gym membership and any Wi-Fi services provided are complimentary and are provided and discontinued at the Gym Manager's own discretion. It's also common practice that Wi-Fi services are separated between public and private (In this case, local gym staff use) for data security purposes. Thanks, PureGym.
