Minor problem sorted out with no fuss

PureGym Stirling should be the benchmark for all PureGym. This is the best of all I have been to so far for variety and availability of equipment. It's only downside is limited pay and display parking directly outside but there is a free for 3 hours car park over the road.

I could access the equipment i wanted to uses, the gym was nice and quiet.

I’ve been going to a gym in Erith, but there are very few machines for leg workouts. Also, many people occupy a machine for hours, just sitting there and scrolling through their phones. The staff really ought to say something. I’ve also been to gyms in Bulgaria and Türkiye, and I’ve never seen anyone hogging the equipment for such long periods. This is my first time using a gym in the UK, and I’ve truly never encountered anything like this before. But I would like to say that it is a very clean place. If there are people who go there solely to exercise, I will always go there. :)

Good equipment, clean, easily accessible, friendly staff

PureGym’s customer service is practically non-existent. I was advised that parking was free, yet I received a parking ticket. When I appealed, the parking company asked me to provide evidence that I attended the gym on the date in question.

Unfortunately, I’m no longer a member and cannot access my account to obtain the required evidence. I’ve tried contacting PureGym by email and through social media, but have been unable to get meaningful assistance from a real person.

It’s extremely frustrating that a company can make it so difficult for former members to resolve legitimate issues. Automated responses are no substitute for proper customer service and human support.

My advice to anyone considering joining PureGym: be aware that if you encounter a problem after becoming a member, getting help may prove incredibly difficult.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability, communication and customer support. PureGym needs to take these concerns seriously and provide customers with access to real people who can actually resolve problems.

I’ve noticed a genuinely positive change at PureGym Wakefield, and I believe Charlotte deserves recognition for it.

Since Charlotte took over as manager, the gym has become noticeably more organised, better maintained and more welcoming. The improvements in customer service, attention to detail and overall atmosphere really show the difference that capable leadership can make.

Charlotte clearly takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the members and the standards of the gym. Good management isn’t just about running a facility; it’s about creating an environment where members feel valued and want to keep coming back.

I sincerely hope PureGym recognises the value of having such a competent and dedicated manager and that Charlotte remains at the Wakefield branch for many years to come. Consistency in strong leadership is something worth protecting.

Credit where it’s due. Charlotte is an excellent example of what a gym manager should be.

Very friendly environment and very pleasant people

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and top quality equipment that is always clean & neat.
Personal trainers always there to assist you and give you the extra step u need during classes and workouts.
Had a positive experience lately with Mr. Grant who was kind of to go the extra mile to assist me.
Will always recommend the place and convinced my wife and daughter to sub their gyms for PureGym West Drayton 👌

The weights I want is not always available, however pure gym has good atmosphere, lots of space. I can get my work out done in time, and I feel energised afterwards. I was able to approach the manager to get my surname changed on my profile, and he was able to help me fix this easily.

Excellent facilities and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. And It was quiet so I could get on all the machines without waiting:-)

A month ago I moved from another gym group. Pure gym London Road, Brighton, has been brilliant for several reasons:
- very high standard of cleanliness, the machines are spotless! So are the toilets. -very friendly atmosphere- I’m an older woman but very fit so value an inclusive approach.
-well run classes, good induction, and now having PT with one of your newer PTs, Al Walden. He is brilliant! Very clear with his instructions and guidance and clearly very knowledgeable, looks after me well but still challenging me! I’ve now moved to 2 PT sessions/week thanks Al W and Pure Gym manager, Marshall for a well run gym.

Loads of space, changing areas fresh, clean and tidy!

Good atmosphere friendly staff. Easy to get on equipment early in the morning.
