Hi!
I travel to London sometime and it's very easy to download the app, pay for some sessions and to choose any gym I like
Gyms are fully equipped for my taste and everything is clean and new
Great trainers and brilliant classes!
I’ve been going to the morning classes at PureGym Greenwich, and the trainers are absolutely brilliant. They’re all so good that I honestly can’t even pick a favourite — every session feels motivating, well-run, and worth getting up early for.
My only issue is with the app, which doesn’t work most of the time. But even that doesn’t stop me from booking, because the classes themselves are fantastic.
Highly recommend the gym — just wish the app worked better!

Alas. In the treadmills area where the running happens, the air con either doesn’t work at all or is so weak you won’t notice. Couldn’t run for more than 20 mins (I run half marathons). Cancelling.
Edit after seeing response: No, there was *no air circulating* in the treadmills area. It wasn’t possible to complete a run. I get that you want to “save energy” (and I don’t buy that it’s about sustainability - this is about money) but if your clients can’t use the facilities then it’s pointless.

Women’s Showers Need Immediate Attention – PureGym Greenwich
I’ve been a member at PureGym London Greenwich (48–80 Greenwich High Road, SE10 8JL), and unfortunately, the women’s showers have had no warm water for quite some time. This makes it extremely uncomfortable to use them, especially after a workout.
What’s most frustrating is that there’s been no sign, update, or communication from the gym about the issue or any expected timeline for repairs. Warm water is a basic facility that should be consistently available.
I hope this problem is addressed soon, as it really impacts the overall gym experience.

Complete dog-poop. Saturday-went, couldn't get in, couldnt see anyone. The website says it should be staffed. Wanting to have a look around and sign up. Left frustrated. Sunday, double-checked the website said staffed. Still completely locked up, cant find anyone. A staff member, or someone with a PureGyn shirt came to the inner door, opened it, looked straight at me, and then turned heel and walked away. Sunday evening--emailed the contact us email--waste of time, no one ever bothered to answer as of Tuesday night. Monday, janky app, no indication of how to get into the place, app gets confused on my out of country postal code. My phone no. also seems to confuse it. Tues, took a flyer and paid for a day. AND then you get the secret email link to the hidden YT videos about how the goddamn doors work, and went--hate the coffin-like entry experience thru to 'pods' Maybe 'pod' is supposed to be cute, it's not. Did manage to get in, never saw a working human. Did see a sign saying there was No Hot Water, crikey.
So, in the end I did get a workout in. They gots lots of kit. Hate the treadmill times out at 26 minutes (start the slow 4 min cooldown) when there are 7 empty machines beside me.
It's a low price, no service gym. Basic 'rent-my kit' business model. Oh well, could be worse.

Some of the cable machines in the main area are missing the carabiner attachments to put handles on, just seems likes once they were put in from open they have not been looked after. The free weights area, the bench's in front of the dumbbells are super wobbly and everything is so close together, basically impossible to walk around with weights without squeezing past people even when there is only a few people in the area.

I was invited to pure gym by a friend and I like how there’s variety of equipments to help develop. And also how clean and tidy the gym looks and how there’s tissues to use to clean up after yourself and also the fountain.

It caters more for the younger user but for no frills gym use it suits me. I’m in my 70s . I use a personal trainer and this has definitely been worthwhile for my physical heath and fitness.

Weird vibes. Got locked in for a bit. Maybe just send one email with the code instead of 3 separate with the code only in one.

spacious gym with a good range of equipment and friendly staff and members. Aircon could be cooler especially on a hot day like today especially upstairs where it felt like the heating was on. Also annoying to see a group of youths blatantly piling into a pod to gain entry with only one of them using the keypad, it was after 10pm so no staff on site. But generally this is a good gym.

The gym is not worth the money, even though PureGym is already an accessibly-priced brand. It’s extremely hot all year round, with a completely defunct air conditioning system. The upper level smells really bad and has done so for about a year. The classes are extremely oversubscribed and the instructors never bother to check if everyone who turned up actually signed up for the class so they’re constantly way too crowded with not enough equipment and no room to move (on top of the already-hot air temp!).
I’ve been going there for a while and always send feedback via social media but nothing has ever changed and I’ve had enough… yesterday I was in an really full class where lots of people didn’t have the right equipment and even the instructor said the room was quite hot and checked the air con which was supposedly working… so I walked out, I’m fed up. Don’t go there.
