I started in April go 2/3 times a week.
I normally go at 4:30am and on Wednesday was the first time i felt unsafe. There was a homeless person sleeping on the massage bed, one in the female changing cubicle and another in the shower. So i manage to use the spare massage bed, but i would be annoyed if i couldn’t use as it’s a bolt on, i had to change in the shower area, but very quickly as the other person was watching and couldn’t see if it was a female or male. I’ve not cancelled my membership

So messy, hard to find pair of dumbbells
They never where they should be
Water pressure low and can not set temperature

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this. However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this. We would like to assure you that we are working alongside the contacted cleaning team and facilities management, to ensure concerns are addressed in club. Pin wasn’t working to either access the gym or leave the gym. When I wanted to leave I asked help to a Pt near the door and he came after 15 minutes.

Don't provide paper
All equipment is available, though the elevator equipment disappeared suddenly some months ago & needs to be returned.
No paper should be provided, as customers litter the gym areas & the water-holder sockets are often full of customers' waste paper.

Leaking soil pipe
During a recent workout session, I noticed water dripping onto my head from above. Upon investigation, I discovered the source was a soil pipe located on the ceiling. There was also a wet patch on the floor directly beneath the leak, indicating this had been ongoing for some time.
When I reported this to a staff member, they informed me they were already aware of the issue and explained it originated from the student accommodation above. I was concerned that despite this knowledge, no safety measures had been implemented - the area wasn't cordoned off, and no warning signs were posted to alert gym users of the potential hazard.
After suggesting these precautions, I observed that no action was taken for two days following my initial report. The issue was only resolved after I submitted a formal complaint. This suggests a concerning lack of urgency regarding member safety and facility maintenance.
Additionally, I've noted that the men's urinals consistently emit a strong odor of urine, indicating inadequate cleaning procedures.

Quiet classes
I am very happy with the gym and its facilities but there is one thing I would love: quiet classes. The problem with getting older is that you can't hear the instructor above loud music. So I YEARN for a gym where I can actually hear the instructor.

Difficult to navigate joining…
Difficult to navigate joining especially if you’re a tourist without WiFi. Should be possible to speak with a human receptionist (who is inside so impossible to render assistance)

On my first day
On my first day at the gym, it was great. The gym has a complete area from the ground floor to the first floor. This gym has everything you are looking for in a gym class. The staff is nice and helpful, and the prices depend on what area you are in.
