Good value but very busy
Good, can be very crowded but fair value for money. Needs a hip thrust machine, no real places to set up a bench and bar for hip thrust

Budget gym but not for a budget price
Bathrooms are dirty (lucky if they have toilet paper) WiFi is slow and awful (don’t even know why they bother having it),Weights are scattered all over the place and a 4hr cancellation window for classes???? Most other gyms offer a 2hr window

Hammersmith palais is a fantastic gym
Hammersmith palais is a fantastic gym. there are a full of machine which make you suffer. the gym is available continuing and there is room for everybody. The PE are very pleasant person and are ready for you to burn fast fat.

The equipment is old
The equipment is old, and is so 1999. It belongs in a museum. Spend some money on Benches, New weights and Proper medicine balls that you can hold. Staff are ok, but One
or two are very miserable and unapproachable.

Dirty Toilets/Members bad behaviour
The toilets are dirty during the evenings. Bad behaviour of members with weights, throwing them on the floor (lack of supervision),threatening other members. Not a safe place at all. No wifi to see the training program on the basement floor or listen to music online. Action is needed on that.

Hi
I have been coming to the Puregym in Hammersmith for nearly a year. The gym is well looked after and clean, and the staff is very friendly and supportive. There are people from all ages. Classes are great, but my special thanks go to my PT, Mel, who has motivated me to not give up and helped me to enjoy exercise in a healthier way!

Good still could get better
I am attending Pure gym hammersmith and I have a multiclub membership too. I think there are good classes and instructors, however some of them are repetitive and could be more motivating. Workouts should change every now and then. The facilities need to be cleaner and more cleaning products available for the members specially with covid.Also I spotted since I started they reduced some of the classes on the timetable that I used to attend. I think they are Okay but definitely room for improvement.

Lots of somebody's hairs in the showers
There a lot of equipment and very friendly staff.
Showers are small,water flows is rather dribbling, there is a lot of black hairs in the shower cabins as many people shave there.
Cleaning is insufficient.
Looks appaling.It was the reason I left.

My only concern relates to lockers - there are fewer available because many members are leaving their clothes in them

Ever since signing up to the gym, I love going. I didn’t before but the atmosphere at PureGym had a way of pulling you back even at your day where you’re like it’s ok I’ll go gym tomorrow. Best gym!

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.

I am one of the first people to sign…I am one of the first user of pure gym.
I am one of the first people to sign before it opened after it opened. For me Pure gym is very good, because it has everything I need. Pure gym has done great, especially during the pandemic. But, I was a bit disappointed when I saw sanitisers removed. I specifically discussed it with one of the staff, he tried to explain it to me that is not necessary any more. I strongly advise you at least to leave one on each floor.

Cleaning stations reinstated
Now that you've reinserted the cleaning station I'm much happier.
Having to use treadmills covered in visible sweat with no option to wipe down and clean the machine before use was seriously making me consider whether to change gyms.
You've recently put the prices up so the cost of the cleaning station and materials should have already been absorbed. Taking them away for cost savings (which lets face it, it was clearly for) was frustrating particularly when you're always posting on your Instagram how much you clean the gym.
Thanks for listening to members and reinstating this.
The music is often too loud too, and gets cranked up on a weekend when the staff arrive. I've had to ask more than once for it to be turned down as I have my headphones on max and can still hear the music loudly above my own.
The spin classes are also too loud and ruin the ambience downstairs.
The gym is becoming a great gym since refurb and you do a lot to keep it cleaner and tidier, and the atmosphere is always very welcoming. Please don't mess up the hard work over small things like a cleaning station and music levels.
