The equipments are really old
The equipments are really old, I got a cut quite a few times using the straight bar accessories on the cable machine. So many equipments are old and worn out which makes it harder to use them. They don’t turn on the AC more often which makes the space suffocated especially at peak time of the gym.

Bad experience
Not enough mirrors, very bad lighting. Always a mess. And there is no way you can cancel your membership!
They will trick you so you pay one more month not giving the money back! The worst customer service. Totally disappointed in pure gym!

Every space of gym smell
-They Charge £30 for membership
And this kind of quality puregym provide.
-Every space of gym smelling like urine , sweating and old rotten carpet
-Always Crowded
-Machines always occupied by someone even person not using
-Dark and not so clean spaces everywhere
-Weak machines
-Often breakdown while workout

Even I visit not so busy hours it's always like people crowd
Off your gym is popular
But it's not arranged equipment carefully I think
Always weight machines covered by 3, 4 people
It's a good for me because it's nearest that's why I get this subscription
Otherwise you fail to give quality
Dark, no outside light come properly , no freshness in atmosphere
Always smells like swaet n etc
But in summer days air condition works great
There manager and staff is helpful always

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day.
Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken.
We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible.
If people are sitting on equipment we would strongly advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to help further.
We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure all points raised are addressed in club to ensure a safe environment for staff and members. Thanks, PureGym

Pue gym: London Hayes
I tend to go to London Hayes branch early in the morning. This is mostly before it is staffed, but I have gone along when staff are there. I have found the staff are very nice. I have had at least one query that I spoke to the manager about and felt listened to. Action was taken which improved the space for everyone.
I am often looking for attachments that are simply not there. I think people steal them which is not the gyms fault. But it is annoying and probably hard to catch the culprits. It would be nice if they could catch and ban those few who ruin it for everyone else.
I signed up to include the yanga water. So I expected it to be as advertised because I pay extra for it. However, no matter which flavour I choose and how strong I select it, most of the time I get plain water because the flavour part hasn't been filled or changed. When it does have flavouring it is very weak on the strongest setting. About a year ago I went to another gym brand and had the yanga water and I was having to choose less flavour strength because it was too strong for me. So that suggests that the gym can set the strength overall. Or rather how much of the flavouring cordial is used. Needless to say I don't feel that I am getting what I pay for in this area.
The gym is always very clean looking, spacious and the music is not too loud or too quiet.

Very welcoming
I was unhappy with my gym so I decided to try Pure Gym. I wish I did it sooner. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the two classes I tried were great! (Pump @12 Spin @12.30) Im looking forward to settling in and trying all that the gym has to offer.

Good gym with average facilities
Puregym is really very good in terms of value for money and it has all the basic equipment that you would need to get started with a new exercise regime. It just lacks a little bit of modernity with the facilities and the lockers need updating as many of them do not lock and it feels a little unsafe leaving valuables in them and therefore makes it awkward carrying them around everywhere while using the gym.
