A refresh is needed. Having used other pure gym branches, I am comparing how Limehouse gym is to those braches and it is below what I expect. Certain equipment looks like it needs some fixing, t... See more

Easy to follow instructions and gym was tidy with good equipment. Good value for money.
My only gripe was the showers had no shelves or hooks to put your stuff on and the water only flows for what feels like 5 seconds! But I guess that is why it is cheap!
Would use again

The experience was good overall, good gyms, the only thing is, no customer service phone. I had a couple of incidents, my PIN failed, it was a problem to solve it cause there is no way to communicate with anyone in real time. I had to skip those two times, looking desperately for someone to help online.

The gym setting and equipment are unarguably cheap, often prompting injuries and making the experience stressful.
The choice of machines and placement are poor, in quality and utility. At peak times is incredibly difficult to have a decent training.

Equipment is plenty. Feel good to go there and exercise. Liked the Zumba classes . Very good location. Like the vibe and facilities.

The service at the Limehouse branch is pathetic. Most of their staff very unfriendly & appears to be grumpy all the time , they’re not approachable . I go to the gym for so many reasons to relax . The last thing is to come across someone who has no customer etiquette. I’ve considered ending my membership but instead I go there in the evening to avoid the morning staff , it’s quite inconvenient for me but everything for my sanity & peace of mind will do . Avoid this branch by all means . Though access to variety of equipment is immensely great .

The team at Limehouse always make me feel welcome and in their own gentle way push me hard - much harder than I would ever do on my own! jt

Good equipment. Nice environment. A bit cold in the air and also in the showers, otherwise fully ok.

I've been attending the gym for the past 2 months, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The facilities are top-notch, offering a wide variety of equipment and classes that cater to all fitness levels. What truly sets this gym apart, however, is the outstanding staff and their commitment to helping every member achieve their fitness goals. One of the standout trainers is Connor Hurst. From my first day, Connor has been exceptionally supportive and knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand your personal goals and tailors workouts to meet your specific needs. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, Connor's guidance ensures you are challenged and motivated.
Connor's positive attitude and encouraging demeanor make every session enjoyable. He has a knack for pushing you just enough to exceed your limits while always prioritizing safety and proper technique. Thanks to Connor's help, I've seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Overall, attending this gym has been a fantastic decision for my health and well-being. With dedicated trainers like Connor, you can be confident that you're in good hands and on the right path to achieving your fitness goals. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to make a positive change in their life.

It's a great time spent in Pure Gym so far,
Pure Gym provides the healthy, safe and positive environment to be at, rather than just some working out machines and equipments.
I came across some stuff there which were very helpful. Although the place was very busy and you need to stay a while to get your turn or place on a tool, general hygiene and wide space are maintained perfectly.
