Love the simplicity of the gym. Buzz in and out. Towels provided. Showers good. Classes great and included in the fee. lovely instructors and staff.

Excellent gym and lovely staff
Have been going to Puregym for over a year now. Recently added the London Wall gym to my membership and it's brilliant. Well maintained and a lovely team running the gym. So nice to do my workouts there.

For the price, for me it’s a perfect gym, well located, towels provided, big enough , very happy with it.

Fantastic staff
Fantastic staff, the amount of support available is amazing, the facilities are awesome. Classes are available at all sorts of different times to suit anyone and 24/7 access. For a very fair price!!! Great place for a workout!!

Friendly staff, terrible a/c
Good gym with friendly staff. Let down by the terrible air con. There are always problems with the temperature and humidity here. Remember that the gym is in the basement so no windows to open. It’s frequently unpleasant and far too hot for cardio.

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.

It definitely feels a bit budget and…
It definitely feels a bit budget and lacks atmosphere. No squat racks/olympic bars. Didn't think it would matter that much. Plus no towels or shampoo. With hindsight I'd rather pay more for a bit more atmosphere and a few perks. PureGym aren't guilty of false advertising in any way but I think I'd like a better overall experience plus a towel doesn't fit in my work bag with everything else. Will do for now

We do not offer any complimentary products such as shower gel and towels, as this would necessitate raising membership costs. Little gym towels that are the perfect size for gym bags can be purchased from the vending machines.

Regular issues and no weekend opening
Regular issues and no weekend opening
There are regular issues with the gym (lack of hot water being the main issue) or closures for maintenance work.
The gym is also not open at weekends, despite offers of being a 24/7 gym.
No refunds on monthly membership for any of the above issues
