it is a great gym! it is in a very good location, although being in the level minus 2 it´s not very appealing.

The moorgate is so poorly designed I don't know where to begin. Went to this branch because I needed to replace a missed class at another gym. Got down the basement, no signal but there is wifi. Tried to login, need to leave the space with the wifi to get signal again, became impossible to actually sign up to anything. Terrible experience.

PureGym UK offers a good fitness experience with well-maintained equipment and facilities. The staff, like Ian, Nick, and Jack, provide excellent support and lead engaging classes that make fitness motivating. Membership management and corporate account clarity could improve. Accessing day passes via QR code was tricky due to spotty internet, but the gym is clean and welcoming. 4 stars!

For the general fitness fanatic, PureGym is great. Has all the machines you need, is modern and clean and is great value.
It’s busy, but not overwhelming.

PureGym UK's London Moorgate location offers a mixed experience. The gym itself is well-equipped and maintained, with good facilities. However, accessing the gym can be a bit of a hassle due to the need for internet connectivity to get a day pass, and the spotty connection inside didn't help. There was a helpful staff member to assist, but it could be smoother. The customer service team is friendly and resolves issues efficiently. While some staff, like Ian, Nick, and Jack, enhance the experience with their classes, there was confusion regarding membership benefits which needs addressing. Overall, it's an okay gym with room for improvement.

Great customer experience!
When I needed help on membership, I;ve interacted with several members of the customer service team; all of which have been super friendly and helped me resolve all of my issues swiftly.

I was told on the corporate account i would get the same benefits of the plus but at the price of the core. Just checked my app i can use 2 gyms not all gyms and doesn't state any off the other benefits. So this needs to be rectified

Starting with the positives; they refunded me. In terms of neutral - I can't comment anything about the gym itself because I couldn't get through the automated doors the day my membership started. I assume the gym is unmanned because no one answered the doorbell on the two occasions I went. Helpfully there are QR codes to go contact member support, unhelpfully the gym is underground so they don't work (obvious place for a hotspot?).
Still all this can be fixed by talking to contact centre - except they don't have a phone number... email, facebook(?) or twitter - and in fairness the email was answered within minutes.
So what happened?
I signed up to the nearest gym to my house - Bethnal Green - which is yet open...no problem - I wanted two gym membership so added Moorgate next to my work. 5 days later - joining fee and membership fee were taken so I excitedly carried brought my gym kit to work - but despite taking payment - my dual membership does not let me get me into second gym because the first is not yet open (????).
Still - no problem - super easily resolved by membership team. And a what a fix they had - I could purchase additional membership to get into the gym I'd already been charged for! Needless to say I had lose confidence and requested a refund - which they processed super quickly.
I'm still trying to work out if the '...we wish you good luck on your fitness journey.' was passive aggressive - but I had been looking forward to starting they journey with PureGym given the proximity to both my home and work.

The gym itself was well equipped and maintained and the facilities are good. My rating is based on my experience seeking a day pass. Once down at the gym entrance you realize you need to self access a pass via a QR code. But because I had no internet down there, I had to go back upstairs and try to submit to buy the pass. Once inside there was a helpful staff member that helped connect to the internet because it is spotty. (Needed training app) Overall the need to scan to exit in the tubes was unnerving, but had a good experience in the free weight room.

Amazing gym! It has all equipment anyone needs to develop themselves. It is really clean and the best is the staff, always approachable and helpful!

To be honest, for a city gym you’d expect a price increase which is fine. But you’d also expect working air con and and up to date kit which London Wall lacks. It’s a bog standard gym that needs some TLC. Does the job but that’s about it. It’s too hot in February. I’d recommend finding a different gym come summer

I originally had PureGym London Wall as my main Gym, but was told a few months ago that my corporate membership for all sites in London was no longer valid for this gym. I tried everything to find out why I now had to pay more to use this gym but I was refused an answer at every turn and just told to pay more or lose my access.
As much as I enjoy using your gyms, my chosen one was taken away with no explanation so I cannot give more than 2 stars due to the customer service and the downgrade I had to take, for the money I spend per month.

Still not able to log into the wifi and the staff are very elusive.
Will keep on trying

First time in London wall gym, overall experience is good, clean restrooms ( didn’t use showers) and good equipment, I just didn’t like that since the gym is underground there is no signal which leaves you completely unconnected. I would recommend to install WiFi in these kind of gyms to be used by members. Also from my previous experience in different PureGym branches I noticed that they kept improving the gym by changing machines, I believe this gym lacks better benches since the ones they have are too tall and too complicated in comparison with other benches (matrix).

Cancelled after on month of use
I went once a week for a month to try it out.
visit 1: did a Hiit class and the class was basically 30 minutes of one circuit. no breaks and rotating through 4 movements. by far the worst class ive ever been to.
visit 2: workout in general weights area was fine but no hot water.
Visit 3: emergency evacuation to gym due to lack of power. gym went completely dark mid workout. insufficient emergency lighting. Still no hot water to showers
Visit 4: still no hot water, spin bike i tried to use had a loose pedal crank and was rattling so i couldnt do the desired workout.
Also, no phone reception down there and connecting to Wifi is a very annoying process.

Again no hot water
This happens frequently- even in the days that this was LAX gym. Management should resolve once and for all
