24 hour access when you go online. Day pass £20. Large dumbbells and free weight area. Large stretching area. Large clean changing room. Had cleaning stations with towels. Also drinking fountains.

Trained at this gym after work for…
Trained at this gym after work for about 6-7 years (24/7 is clutch). Was well-equipped, clean, and just a solid place to train overall. I'm sad to have left the area, but training here was amazing.

I had to pay double because I didn't receive the PIN on my first purchase of three daily passes. I tried to contact them via email and social media, but no one answered. I want a refund for my first payment.

Pretty dirty bottle of water left everywhere which I seen them for more thsn 2 days in same place, music so lame and not weights left randomly everywhere, shower dirty

Great gym
Great gym. Had all the right equipment and such. Appreciate the 3 day trial. Didn't love the entrance doors as I suffer from claustrophobia.

As an online company, we don't have receptions. However, we have the cylinder POD doors that act as both an entrance and security system.
Alternatively we do have Easy Access Doors. Just reach out to the Gym Manager on site who can book you in for an induction and get this added to your PureGym membership moving forward.

Thought I would try the Piccadilly gym…
Thought I would try the Piccadilly gym again as I was in central for work. I know I’m obese- that’s why I pay 49 a month to go to Puregym. After my previous years of using Puregym I have only been going to gym at midnight and later to avoid the very rude staff and the mean visitors . I don’t know what possessed me to go to Piccadilly again.
As soon as a walked in the staff looked at me like I was about to try and rob the place , like I am intruding on their peace. I nodded a hello at the guy at the small staff desk in the corner and he looked away . When I was stretching in a quiet corner a staff member accompanied by a short woman walked in and stood there staring at me until I felt uncomfortable and left.
When doing weights a group of guys visibly stood there and stared at me laughing thinking they were discreet. They thought I didn’t hear them say ‘how can he let himself go like that?’
This iteration of my yearly experience at Piccadilly, my nearest gym has now affected my mentality too much. I shall not be going there again. My mental health takes a big big gut every time I go there due to the rude judgmental staff and rude judgemental members. I know I’m fat. I know I’m obese even. The reason I stay like this is because every time I try to go to the gym it’s not a safe welcoming environment.

Toilet facilities are always out of…
Toilet facilities are always out of service without proper maintenance and clean at any Centers in central London. Hot water showering is not hot enough in winter period

Not great showers
The gym is very complete and has a nice atmosphere. However, the male changing room and showers are not great. There’s mold in the showers due to the poor ventilation, and a very odd smell.
