I had the opportunity to train with CLEM ,I had/have a problem with gaining weight really quickly and also a knee injury , he made my all training journey really nice and smooth, from pain and extra kilos to no pain and to many kilos down, he's a really nice person ,a good listener and a PROFESSIONAL TRAINER , I WOULD 100% Recommend
Great value for money with a well-equipped gym and convenient 24/7 access. I especially enjoy Jason’s classes—his high energy and challenging workouts always keep me motivated.

Clem is a gem!
I’ve been a member since 2023 and regularly attend the classes here. I especially enjoy the ones run by Clem — his Circuits and Strength sessions are fantastic. They really work your muscles, and with consistency you’ll definitely notice improvements in strength, stamina, and endurance. I also have two friends who do PT sessions with Clem, and they’ve only had great things to say. Overall, I’m very happy with my gym membership.

I was hoping to attend PureGym Seven sisters again soon however the managerial appointment has ensured this won't be happening.
I was a member of PureGym Muswell Hill from 2016 to 2025 and worked there as an employee between 2021 and 2023. When I left employment, I shared feedback with HR about some patterns of behaviour I personally found concerning with the Manager.
Around 18 months later, I arrived to train as usual and found that my PIN no longer worked. There had been no prior warning, conversation, or email about this decision. This was highly unusual, as almost any issue (no matter how serious) would usually involve communication, a temporary PIN suspension, and an opportunity for resolution. Issues as serious as violence, inappropriate behaviour and discrimination were all usually met with due process during my time at the club so this was confusing to say the least.
After months of trying to get clarity, I was informed that the reason was “unlicensed personal training.” I have never provided any personal training at PureGym since leaving their employment, and this explanation came as a complete surprise. It is never something I would even consider.
Following a subject access request, I was initially told that no information existed regarding why I had been banned, and that there was no data held about the case. Puregym later acknowledged they did in fact have such data, but suggested the fact I was not sent it was an error.
Only after threat of legal action (and 4 months of emails where it was consistently asserted to me that there was NO DATA held on me ) did I receive a 55+ page folder, which disturbingly included photographs of me taken in the gym on personal mobile phones and internal email correspondence discussing my membership status.
There appeared to have been consistent efforts to build a case against me, yet even now, not one evidenced example of a policy breach has been shown. The documents referred to the manager `staying close to me` during my visits and suggesting I `looked embarrassed` with zero evidence of wrongdoing.
It seems that I was ultimately banned for life with no warning or conversation after the manager at the time used footage of myself and a friend of 15 years warming up together, describing this as a “clear case of paid personal training,” despite the fact that we had intermittently worked out together for eight years at the club and it was widely known he was a friend.
I was then offered 6 months free membership and allowed back to Puregym if I agreed that this was a full and final settlement. (Essentially don`t talk about this case).
This should be a consideration for prospective members who value transparency and safeguarding. My case may seem trivial to some but the practices, if replicated in other situations, could lead to distressing outcomes.
*NOTE TO PUREGYM STAFF* (AGM`s, GM`s etc)
Next time your cluster manager attempts to set standards or asserts to you that you must be following procedure, remember that Puregym have now seemingly set a precedent. You can secretly record members in the gym on personal devices and you can ban members of 10 years with no warning. At least this is how it appears now. So don't take any lectures on procedure or policy from CMs until you know they hold themselves to the same standards.
I would suggest the credibility of any manager acting in this way is lost.
However as PureGym have moved the manager involved in the situation sideways to PureGym Seven Sisters, I will be avoiding and hope that members are aware that this behaviour is possible.
Manager Jason showed me around and was very nice and helpful. Have since done classes with him his energy is incredible, everyone leaves his classes with a smile on their face but also having done one hell of a workout! He varies the workouts and is always looking for new ways to keep the workouts interesting and challenging.

In April 2025, I shifted my membership from another gym to PureGym Seven Sisters. The joining process was smooth and quick. There is a wide range of classes throughout the day; however, I was rather intrigued by the classes led by Jason, where he adopts a fun, motivational, and hardworking approach to achieve results. I soon started seeing positive results, especially weight loss around my abs, and increased fitness.
I also use the training workouts in the app, which are quite effective. I am now more motivated and consistent in my workouts due to the support and facilities at PureGym.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Every single day I was harassed by a staff member at this gym. I could never work out in peace, not once. Today things escalated even further when one of the staff members deliberately kicked me out. The manager has never had a problem with me — it’s only certain staff members who seem to target me.
While I was minding my own business, a staff member came up to me out of nowhere and treated me like I had committed a crime. He started asking me an endless list of unnecessary and intrusive questions. Then he even checked CCTV footage linked to my account for the past month, and randomly accused me of sharing my account with someone else — pointing at a completely different person who doesn’t even look like me.
It got worse. He began questioning my age and identity, even after I showed proof. He ignored my explanations and kept twisting the situation. He even mocked my name and the details on my account, which were mistakes made a month ago when my father was new to the country. A female staff member in the past had understood this same problem and told me to update it in the future — but this man used it as an excuse to kick and suspend my gym membership.
The way I was treated was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Wallahi, I do not recommend this gym to anyone.

Gym has little equipment, especially the cardio area, it doesn't have at least one scale, the mixed bathrooms are always dirty and smelling bad.

I Just think I'm paying a lot for what the gym offers. It is sad it's my only option.
