Worst experience at this PureGym. When you coming the smell of the gym is not really pleasant. Everything is really dirty, messy and used. Will never go back if visiting London again. The equipment does look good but run out after 5 min of stay.

There is no instructor to tell us what we do first no staff here and most of people are lying on machine and using smartphone.

We always advise that new members have an induction to ensure they are familiar with the lay out of the gym and understand how to use the different pieces of equipment. Inductions are usually placed on the class time table. You can also get in touch with the Gym Manager via email, and an induction can be arranged for a specific date and time. Alternatively, members are able to speak to the staff in the gym (if they are not on the gym floor, please feel free to knock on the staff room door) and have an induction. Thanks, PureGym

The staff is amazing and the equipment is to my liking. The gym is huge and I find it easy to access the gym through the app as I just have to scan the QR code to enter. 10/10 gym

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Assaulted and ignored, shocking lack of response
I had a very bad experience at PureGym Stratford. As a female member, I was physically barged by a male member (assaulted) during my workout and reported it immediately to the staff. Shockingly, the situation was not dealt with properly at all. Both Bronwyn (manager) and the general member services team have been completely unresponsive, ignoring multiple follow-ups from me despite the seriousness of the incident. There appears to be no other way to escalate complaints within the gym, which makes the lack of response even more frustrating.
It’s just crazy that no one seems to care. It’s extremely unprofessional for a gym to treat a safety issue like this so lightly. I would caution anyone expecting proper handling of safety complaints at this location.

The place is good
The place the people there are quite well behaved. There are lots of equipment to use, . The price is not bad per month. But the dumbbells can be quite poorly organised and at times the equipment don't work properly.

We do our very best to provide a wide range of kit so that members have a variety of ways to workout.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken.
We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible.
If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym

Not a great first impression…
There are no working toilets availble today. I came out of my way to get here. I guess this is going to be a very short workout. What toilets are your staff using

On 07/02 the changing rooms, toilets and showers were temporarily closed. All members were contacted via email and alternative gym access was added. These facilities then re-opened on 08/02.

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.

The class instructors are not showing…
The class instructors are not showing up in the classes, no cancellations to notify us , no replacement for the cancelled classes. The lady assistant manager is unaware of this situation and always looks surprised when we inform her that this is not the first time that it happens.
The gym equipment is not working properly and the majority out of order.
The gym is dirty , full of hairs and dust.
