I've been going to this gym for over a…
I've been going to this gym for over a year now. The whole team is amazing; it's very clean, and staff are polite and very welcoming. The classes are top-tier and very advanced, due to placement I've not been able to go for about three months but I cannot wait to go back, my personal trainer is a 10/10 and because of how amazing this gym is I now love the gym!! The team is are just the best! I would not go anywhere else

Amazing experience at PureGym Streatham!
I had an amazing experience at PureGym Streatham! The manager Troy was very supportive, polite and generous with his time. He showed a real commitment to customers in getting the best from their experience in the gym. I was shown how to effectively use the specific equipments I had asked to see. I was shown how to access help should I need too. As well as help that was specific to my needs such as access to the lift. I was shown the emergency exit and safety protocol that the gym has, ensuring all users are safe. The atmosphere in the gym is very calm and peaceful. Not busy and overwhelming as I thought it would be. The equipment is cleaned regularly; I witness staff cleaning several of them. As a premium member I am yet to experience other PureGym locations but for now, I’m grateful for the support and welcome at the Streatham location and have had several visits now. Thanks again to the manager Troy Ebanks and his team!

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. Thanks, PureGym

There’s not a lot of equipment
There’s not a lot of equipment, so you’ll be waiting 10 mins to use the smith machine etc . The staff were nice though shout out them

Zumba Class - Streatham
Zumba on Sunday is the highlight of my gym week ! Luis is an incredible instructor who brings so much positive energy to every class. The sessions last an hour, and by the end, we're all sweating-Its such a fantastic workout!
Luis's classes strike the perfect balance between fun and challenging, motivating us to push ourselves. I also appreciate how he incorporates new routines to keep fresh and exciting.

Misleading deal
My wife and I signed up for a 3 day pass but we were not allowed use our pass after day 1. Really disappointed not to utilise the 3 day pass to really check out the gym and its facilities.

PureGym
PureGym is a very good-quality gym with plenty of facilities, machines, weights and friendly staff. I have to say that the vending machine items are extortionately priced, and I would be more inclined to buy if a small bottle of Lucozade didn't cost me £10!

Sunday morning Zumba class with Luis is an absolute blast! Luis has incredible energy and makes the class so much fun. From the moment the music starts, it is impossible not to get swept up in the infectious rhythms and high-energy dance moves. The steps are easy to follow, and the overall positive energy Luis brings with his attitude makes Zumba a perfect start to Sunday.

New Manager, new classes
We have a new Manager, Alistair, who has put new classes, with new instructors, on the timetable: Box Fit on Sunday morning with Festus, more Strenght classes with Chalris during the week in the afternoon, and more classes on friday afternoon, which we never had before. Alistair himself is a force of nature. His Afrobeat music mixed with other music, and the harmonious movements, are such a change to the usual routine.. I did PUMP and ABS with him yesterday, and I could have gone on for another hour, although I felt all the work done a bit later, and the following day. I was going to give up classes, to use just the tools and machines, but I am happy that I can continue training with my gym friends in different classes. What a fantastic year ahead. Thanks Alistair, and John, the Assistant Manager, that has been a pillar since the gym opened.

My first experience at a Pure Gym
I got a three day free pass to my local Pure Gym (Streatham) and had a good time there. Staff were friendly and there is a good range of equipment and classes available. The place is spacious and clean, including the changing room, which is always a plus.

this was my first time joining this specific gym. it was very clean & i even joined a class that helped me learn how to lift properly and give me form tips. friendly staff aswell

Best gym in Streatham!
I recently had to cancel my membership due to a back injury and re-joined on Sunday to continue light exercise, such as walking on the treadmill.
I had an inquiry, and Amelia was exceptional in her response. She replied very promptly, was professional, and extremely helpful. It’s rare to find such efficient and high-quality customer service these days—well done and thank you!
